Scarlett pov
I needed to spend 2 more weeks here in this country due to some typhoon situation. All I'm thinking was y/n.. for the first time ever not a single article was published about her.
I've been trying to contact hailee but she isn't responding at all. I feel so helpless not knowing how to tell y/n that I'm alive and i really want her to know how thankful Iam to her for staying by myside.
"Here..have some coffee" madame pearl sighs giving me a cup
"Thanks" i Forced a smile
"Uhm... Also I'm sorry if I'm staying here.. i just couldn't book a hotel, I'm being really careful..yknow uhm paparazzis?" I added taking a sip
"Oh it's ok, besides it's not my house and it has been great..this house was pretty much empty without you two" she smiled
" About that...was.. this really abandoned? I uhm.. went inside y/n's room...the messy one..i was wondering why no one was cleaning it"
"hmm.. as far as i know..y/n bought this house for her mom..but she refuses. I was there when she came home from the states to settle things with her mom and give her this house. It didn't turned out well and y/n locked herself on that room for months. No one wants to clean it because.. we all feel heavy ones we step inside" she explained
" I did.. felt that too."
"We even called a witch doctor.. y/n doesn't know this. She said the room has so much negative energy that we even need to lock it. There's a lot of screams and sobs trap in the walls.." she added whispering
" When i went inside.. i suddenly became really emotional.. my heart dropped as soon as i stepped in" i nodded remembering that day
" You change everything..you gave this house a life..sobs were replaced with giggles and screaming turns into laughing...but y/n will probably sell this now" she looked down wiping the kitchen counter
"she's not gonna do that" i smiled at her
" How do you know? "
I didn't answer and just run my way upstairs grabbing the envelope y/n gave to me few days before the accident. As i came back downstairs madame pearl still looks at me weirdly out and confused
"Y/n was supposed to give you that before we go back to new york" i reached the envelope to her
Her eyes widened in shock before putting the paper back in and insisted giving it back to me "no.. i-i cannot accept this" she shaked her head still trying to give it back
"She wants you to...as you said.. y/n isn't affectionate but she will show you appreciation.. please.. she wants you to have the house as a thank you..not just for taking care of the house but also taking care of her." I smiled holding her hand
"you don't understand..how will i be able to pay for the electricity..this house has like a thousand lights" she sighs making me chuckle
"you don't need to worry about that.. she opened an account that will pay for water and electricity automatically.."
" But i need work..im paying for my children's education"
" She said your kids and husband are just living on a little hut...she wants you to bring them here.. and don't worry.. she got their school expenses covered..she also said you have a marketing graduate daughter? I run a business in newyork and i think my team needs her" i gave her a smile before tears ran down her cheeks as she pulled me on a hug crying on my shoulder
"T-Thankyou.. thankyou s-so much.." she pushed her self off of me wiping her tears
"No..thank you..for treating me as part of this family.. i really appreciate the care" i breathe out as she hugged me again making me giggle.
She's The best.. no wonder y/n wants her to be financially stable before she leave. I felt like i was at home my entire stay here and even if i wasn't the one paying her she still treated me like how special she treats y/n.

Y/n pov
" Are you ok? " I leaned down hugging Agnes as soon as she arrived at my house.
There has been an accident....her sister scarlet and her parents got in a car accident... She was the only one who survived..
She remembered my number and the police immediately called me to tell what happened. She told them she doesn't have any relatives and i was a friend.
I immediately sent a plane there and a driver to get her here.. not wanting any paparazzi to ambush us.
"my s-sister..m-mommy..and papa" she sniffed stuttering hugging me tighter
"Shhh... you're ok.." i comforted her rubbing the back of her head
She suddenly pushed her self lightly off of me Looking me directly in the eyes with pity on her glare "i.. don't have a family anymore...w-what will happen now?" She strongly asked
"L-Listen to me... You're not alone...you deserve love..you deserve a family.. I'm here.. Y-Youre not alone ok? " I felt tears sissy running down my cheeks as i cupped her face earning her nod
"You're gonna be ok... You're not alone" i reassured pulling her on a hug... feeling as if I'm hugging 6 years old y/n crying just wanted to feel like she has someone..
Koko suddenly started barking running towards us trying to crawl up to me to give me a hug making me chuckle
"I'm ok, baby" i smiled hugging him back
"Is that your dog?" Agnes asked looking at us
"Hm hmm.. his name is koko"
"H-Hi.. koko" she tried before being jumped by koko pinning her on the floor playfully licking her face as she giggles
"S-Stopp" she laughed covering her face
"Okk, that's enough... Koko get off Agnes" i chuckled while he obeyed Wiggling his butt
"H-Hes so cute" she pet him gently
As i was Staring at them.. i know i needed to do something.. "agnes?" I called her
"Y-Yes?"
"Do.. you think i.. can be your mama?" I hesitantly asked waiting nervously for her reaction
"You're gonna be my new mommy?" She pouted
"No...no one can replace your mommy.. so I'll be just mama.. is that ok?" I asked before she started crying again jumping on me sobbing on my shoulder
"Y-Yes.." she sniffed
"Really??" I asked excitedly as she pulled away smiling widely while nodding
