"I knew it! All this time, I already had the haunch that you like him!" Ella said, one of Nico and I's friend. We are currently stayin at one of the rooms of the vacation house Nicholas and his family owns.

Its summer and they decided to spend a week on one of the vacation house Ford owns. And this time, its near the beach.

Alice, Ella, and I are the only girls in the group but Alice decided to have a room on her own, since there's one room left available. We didn't minded it and let her. Ella kept saying that Alice is doing her a favor because she don't want to be associated with her.

"Ahhh... I would rather want you to be Nico's girlfriend. That witch is really mean and self centered. Just because she's rich and beautiful doesn't mean she could have everything she wants." Ella mumbled as she stretch and flop down the bed we'll share.

"She does have everything, you know." I said as I stood up from sitting in the floor, after Ella dried my hair.

"No, she doesn't" all of the sudden, she exclaimed and sat up. "She doesn't own Nico's heart, and I'm definitely, confirmedly positive." She said as she grin slyly at me.

"Nico-Nico once told me about a girl he befriend at the school he came from. A pretty girl with short blonde hair, charming, boyish, super friendly, and popular girl that he totally have a crush on. He was able to befriend her with a game and he almost shouted when she acknowledged him. He kept saying that she's totally cute, and he wanted to meet her again someday, and marry her." Then she smiled childishly teasingly at me.

"When he saw this girl again, you should've saw his reaction. His eyes glowed, and he almost jumped from his seat beside me. And even though she had a long black slightly curly hair now, she still looks totally cute for him." I felt my short blonde hair at that, heat invading my face.

"He told me once that he liked you, and by the looks of their relationship right now, he still likes you." She wriggled her eyebrows at me, a grin on her face. I grabbed a pillow and throw it at her.

"Shut up. I'm sure that its just a coincidence." she stood up and recovered from the pillow that hit her on her face.

"But-" she was cut-off from a knock on the door, it opened and there stood Leon, a pink and red checkered apron under his fit white t-shirt.

"The food's ready! Ready to have a taste of the our special cuisine for tonight?" He asked as he wriggled his eyebrows. Ella cheered and run past him. Leaving me with Leon to walk down the hallway.

"Just like what Ella said, Nico do like you. the both of you should stop denying it and just hook up." he grinned at me and walk faster, leaving me shocked and standing still.

The night went on, with Alice glaring at me through out the dinner.

The next day, we went for a swim. All of them playing, leaving me with my book and my songs under the umbrella. Every now and then, I could feel Alice glare at me. It may look like I'm not minding it, but my mind kept wondering back when Leon overheard Ella and I's conversation.

Did she heard it too? I really hope that's not the case.

They came back to eat. I left for a while to take a pee.

I encountered Nicholas who have his arms full with drinks he bought.

"Oh! Garri! Where are you going? I've covered the drinks." he asked at me with a smile.

"Just to the comfort room." I replied. I was about to ho when he stopped me.

"Wait!" I looked back at him, and took one of the earphones from my ear.
