CHAPTER THREE - DRUNK

The rest of the day was chill, with Ginni and Ashley heading back to their new rooms to begin unpacking which Ashley could only do for about thirty minutes before she collapsed on her bed. She had passed out for about two hours before nick knocked on their door to inform her that him and the boys world be going out to meet the rest of the team. When there was no answer, he had opened the door slowly revealing the fast asleep Ashley. He chuckled to himself quietly before grabbing the notebook and pen on the bedside table. As he flicked through the pages to find a blank one, he saw all the drawings she had done. They were amazing. He quickly got back on task and wrote a note.

He then placed the note face up back on the bed side table and then exited the room, not before looking back to make sure he hadn't woken her up.

When Ashley finally woke up, she was quite disorientated, looking around the room in a panic thinking she was dreaming or kidnapped, before coming to the realisation that she was in the Dacos' house, well now it was a shared house, but still. As she scooted to the edge of the bed, she noticed the notebook sitting there face up.

'I could have sworn that it was closed before,' she thought to herself. She picked it up and saw there was a note written on it. It read,

Hi Ash

Me, Josh and Jack are heading out to meet up with the rest of the team,

will be back at 5ish

J cya

She chucked to herself. "Nice of him to leave a note," she quietly spoke aloud to herself. The rest of her afternoon was spent unpacking and listening to music, she had several emails to respond to about the beginning of the season. Most of them were about when the first official meet would be, when training started and when they would hand out the player numbers. The was that this year they would be matching up player and numbers between the footy club and woman's footy club. Ashley like thins because it would mean the two teams would be much more connected, given the Collingwood football and girls footy club both trained in the same space.

After what felt like hours spent by herself, she heard the door being unlocked and three boys stumbling through the door. Ashley raced down the stairs into the into the open floor living space where she saw two boys laughing and one very much drunk on the floor.

"Just a team meeting or party," Ashley exclaimed, as Josh and Nick burst out laughing at Ginnivan's attempt at standing up.

"Something along those lines," Josh blurted out trying to act more sober than he really was, since he was the eldest and most responsible out of the three.

Ashely just shook her head in disapproval "Was there any paparazzi, or are you lot safe, because the team is ruined if the press finds out that the-"

Ashley was cut off with a loud groan and 'no' from Ginni on the floor, she looked up at Josh and Nick to confirm, and they shook their head. She knew Jack and if he wasn't kept under control, she knew he would do something like this, get caught and then get kicked out of the team and banned from footy all together.

"Okay, let's get you to your room," she said, "The quicker you go to sleep the quicker the hangover will be." She knew that was a lie but said it anyway because if not, he would start saying things like 'I am a big boy let me make my own decisions' and 'you're not my mum stop telling me what to do' and 'aww you care'. She helped Ginni stand on his feet, with the help of Josh, and then proceeded to lead him to his room the sleep this episode off.

A/N – HIYA, so when I was writing this, I had no ideas so if it feels rushed that's because it is, one I get farther in the chapters will get longer and better. Again, open to ideas and I am loving all the comments and support you guys are giving.

E/n - Hey there guys, it's the friend from the earlier a/n. I just wanted to say that the writer of this story is dyslexic, so it is very entertaining to edit. I literally had to edit her note at the end. In the next chapter I'll try to put in some examples, they are super funny. I didn't get to edit her previous chapters, and I am yet to read them. Also, if you have any ideas for stories or one shot's you might like to read, feel free to make some suggestions!!! I would love to write something.
