CHAPTER ELEVEN - TRAINING

It had been a very chaotic three months living with the boys, but Ashley had loved every minute of it and still couldn't believe it had only been three months. Being two and a half months way form the season starting for all the boys and Ashley meant that their time spent at home was much more limited than before. They would all be waking up at around 5 o'clock to drive down to the Collingwood Football Club to begin training at 6, the nice thing was both the men and woman's training ground were at the same spot, so it meant that to four only had to take one car down to trainings. Their days were long and by the time they all rocked up back to the car no one wanted to drive home, it usually ended in a rock paper sizers competition on who would drive and who would not. After a month for straight training for Ashley, Josh, Nick and Jack the day finally can where they would be given their numbers for the season. This year not only would the ceremony be happening together with both teams, but they would be matching up player numbers but either age or skill, Ashley couldn't remember which one.

That day they had trained for half their normal time before heading down to the club room, Ashley was talking to some of her teammates Eliza James, Imogen Evens and Sarah Sansonetti when the boys walked into the club room. Ashley left the girls and walked over to were Josh, Jack and Nick were. They talked briefly before sitting down and waiting for the event to stated. When everyone had arrived and was sitting in the club room Craig McRae, the new coach for Collingwood and Steve Symonds the woman's Collingwood Coach stood up the front of the room, to two began to talk about the season and how the players needed to be prepared and what not, no one really could be bothered to pay to much attention after the training session. Then, finally to part which everyone was waiting for, the jersey handout. Craig McRae and Steve Symonds began to read out in the number order.

"Wearing the number 1, Patrick Lipinski and Sabrina Fredrick" Craig McRae spoke with a booming voice, everyone applauded and cheering as the two walked up shook hand with the coaches and had their photos taken.

"Wearing the number 2, Jorden De Goey and Eliza James" Steve Symonds, the same thing happening, this continued for a while every now and then there would only be one player who got their jersey but for the most part it was pretty constant with two players walking up.

"Wearing the number 7, Josh Daicos and Sarah Rowe" Craig said to which Jack, Nick and Ashely all began cheering as loud as they could, they didn't care if people stared that them.

"33, Jack Ginnivan and Emily Smith" as Jack stood up, Josh, Nick and Ashley all whooped and cheered to which Jack loved and encouraged them to cheer even louder making everyone in the audience laugh. No one was called for 34 as they didn't have that number out.

"35, Nick Daicos and Ashley Lewis" Josh and Jack stood up hugging to two before they walked up on to the front to receive their jerseys. Everyone was cheering and whooping as the two made their way through. When they walked up the front, they shook the coaches' hands before hugging each other. They didn't notice but all the players looked back to Jack and Josh asking with their eyes 'what's going on there before turning around and continued the cheering. Nick and Ashley had serval photos taken together before walking back down to Jack and Josh. More jersey were handed out and before the players new it the ceremony was over and training was done for the day. As the four left Nick, Jack, Josh and Ashley got stopped several times by their teammates to say congregations and well done. Eliza and Imogen had walked up to Ashley.

"Well done girl" Eliza yelled at Ashley pulling her into a huge, the two girls embraced.

"Thanks" Ashley replied.

"And what was the sexual huge the Nick up there" Imogen asked giving Ashley a huge once Eliza had let go.

"Oh, come on Monsey, it was just a huge between friend" luckily Nick and the other boys were out of ear shot to hear the conversation.

"Yer, two extremely hot friends" Eliza spoke giggling.

Ashley rolled her eyes "Okay, get out of here" she said pushing them way and walking back to were Josh, Nick and Jack stood talking to Isaac and Patty.

"Have fun with your BOYFRIENDS" Imogen yelled before walking off with Eliza. Ashley cold have sworn that the boy heard it, but they didn't reacted so she believed she was in the clear.

When Ashley walked up to the boys, Isaac and Patty give Ashley a huge and congratulate her.

"Great job dude" Isaac said giving Ash a high five. Patty did the same.

"Well, cya boys" Patty said walking off with Isaac.

"That was wired" Ash acknowledged Isaac's and Patty's fast leaving upon her return.

"Yer, should be go home" Josh said brushing off the comment.

"Totally, I am wasted" Nick replied.
