Sam slowly stood to his feet, the entire city around him crumbling as two figures faced one another down, Chaos, and an unknown figure. There seemed to be high tensions between the two, so Sam slowly walked towards the figure opposite to Chaos, and readied his weapon.
"You tryna stop her too?" Sam asked the man.
"Hell yeah I am," The man responded.
"Well then, let's do this," Sam smiled.
Chaos lunged forward, her movements were slow, and easy to see. It was clear this war of attrition had an effect on her too, she pierced forward with her glaive. Sam dodged left, while his partner, Kianu, dodged right. Chaos quickly changed her trajectory aiming for Sam, but Kianu kicked her as hard as he could. Chaos collapsed, flying back into a nearby ruined building. Sam closed the gap quickly, catching Chaos in a death grip, before slamming her into the ground, and then rushing forward. Chaos quickly severed Sam's hand, and then backed off. She knew she couldn't handle both Sam and a newly empowered Kianu. She turned around and bursted off the ground, speeding through the crushed city. Chaos was quickly pierced by Kianu throwing his pink sword, the blade impaling her through the chest. Chaos slammed to the ground skidding to a stop, while the Ageloid and Sam slowly came ever closer to Chaos. She began to crawl forward, and successfully escaped under the rubble. Kianu jumped utop the pile, and came crashing down on the rocks, burying Chaos with a satisfying crunch.
"That's it..." A muffled voice of Chaos called out from under the rubble. "Remnant of Time: CHAOTIC WORLD!"
The city was quickly cloaked in a looming darkness. The remaining buildings disappeared, and the pile of rubble Chaos was once under disappeared entirely. Slowly, a looming figure began to grow over the city. Sam and Kianu looked up to see a giant Chaos nearly the size of the city. Chaos was covered in deep black energy, her eyes were pure white, and her normally large wings were incredibly massive now. In her left hand, she held the large glaive, a glavie that was pitch black with a large clock in the center. Green and purple wires wrapped around the glaive, and a green energy pulsed off the glaive. Chaos pulled her arm back, and then rushed it forward. Sam was still awestruck at the size of the girl, and was unsuspecting of the large glaive. Instantly, his torso and chest were torn apart, the brown carapace that protected them shattered. Sam writhed in pain, but slowly pulled himself off of the glaive, his body beginning to reform. Kianu cocked his hand back, and fired a large yellow bolt of lightning. It struck Chaos head on, but she didn't seem phased whatsoever. Chaos used her opposite hand, and brought it down onto a struggling Sam. Sam looked up to his demise, and raised his arms to guard. Before he realized it, Kianu grasped Chaos's hand, and flung her into a massive pillar. It collapsed on her, and she was pinned to the ground. Sam slowly stood to his feet, as Kianu looked on at the crushed Chaos. Slowly, Chaos rose up from the rubble, and brought her hand down once again, attempting to crush Sam. Yet again, Kianu grasped her massive hand, and threw her into a nearby column. The column collapsed on her, but at the same time, the roof above the pair began to collapse. The duo quickly ran to the edge of the arena where the roof wasn't present, and watched as the roof of their clash caved in on an already buried Chaos.
Slowly, the mass of rubble began to rise, as a large hand from Chaos, all torn and bruised, reached out from the pile. From underneath the pile, a large red eye glowed menacingly, staring at the pair with pure hatred. Behind them, the arena extended forward, indicating as if this was their queue to run.
"That's it you two, I'll make you suffer," Chaos laughed.
Sam and Kianu began to run as a massive Chaos rushed after them.
"I figure this is a great time for introductions!" Kianu shouted loudly, attempting to keep spirits high.
"I'd argue that it definitely ISN'T a good time, but to each their own," Sam shouted.
"I'm Kianu, former human, now Ageloid, my job was to kill one of if not my closest friends, but then I got killed first!"
"What even... how are you alive if you're dead?"
"I have a secret power!"
Chaos's fist slammed in front of the pair, but quickly, they both hop above it. As they continue running, tons of slams begin to emanate from the ground. Chaos effortlessly flies forward, but she still can't land a blow on the sprinting pair.
"Anyways, I got killed, then I came back, and then I found a slipstream and made myself into an Ageloid, so I'm technically not even a year old!" Kianu laughed.
"Well, with your introduction over with, can we finish this bitch off?" Sam retorted.
"Oh, that's what we were waiting on?" Kianu laughed. "Totally, gimme two seconds."
Chaos slammed her hand on the runway, but before she could bring her hand back up, Kianu reached out, grasped her hand, and then he spun around, and slammed Chaos into the runway. The center of Chaos's chest opened up, and quickly, Sam plunged his scythe into the opened crevice, and a burst of blood pulsed out. The darkness around the pair faded, and they were quickly faced with the city, all of it in shambles, but at least they were there. On the opposite side of the street was Chaos. Her right hand clutching where her heart would be. She was out of breath, and a large pool of blood had gathered underneath her.
"That was... really good," Chaos said, tired out.
"Did we get her?" Sam said, taking a step forward.
"I don't think so..." Kianu mumbled.
"I guess it's about time I give it everything I have," Chaos whispered.
A large burst of golden energy began to gather around Chaos. It flowed from every little particle in sight. The ground started to shake as well, earthquakes rupturing all over the city. Chaos stood in the middle, the rain creating a large tsunami around her. Several cyclones fell upon the city, and it was as if Chaos opened the gates of hell themself.
"CHAOS STOP!" Kianu shouted, "IF YOU GO ALL OUT, THERE'LL BE NOTHING LEFT!"
"YOU THINK I CARE?" Chaos shouted back, "I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO LOSE!"
Golden pulses ruptured from the ground, and Chaos began to turn a pure golden shine. Her skin was gold, her eyes, her armor, her wings. This was everything she had. The blood pouring out of her wound ceased, and her wound miraculously healed in gold power.
"Sam, I hope you're ready, cause this fight will need us both to use everything we have." Kianu said drastically.
"I figured, but let's give it all we got." Sam smirked.
Chaos made the first move. She rushed in deliberately, kicking Kianu in the abdomen, sending him flying into the forest afar. Sam spun around, slamming his scythe into Chaos, however the latter easily guarded it, and similarly, shattered it with ease. Chaos gripped Sam's hand, and instantly crushed it, causing a burst of blood to pour. Kianu had returned, going for a right hook on Chaos, but the girl easily caught it, and flung him into the ground. Sam went in for a right cross on Chaos with his only good hand, but was quickly met with a kick to the shoulder, sending his arm flying off of its socket. Kianu desperately tried to fling the girl off of him, but was met with no success at all, only earning him another slam in the pit. Sam, with his newly regenerated hand, went in for a feint, and then switched into a kick mid attack, but Chaos saw it coming from a mile away, and punched him straight in the chest, poking a hole through his body as if it were sandpaper. Sam fell to the ground, clutching his chest in pain, all the while the brown carapace that protected his body began to fade. Kianu once again attempted to get Chaos off of him, but was met by a stomp to the chest, his armor somehow more resilient than Sam. As Sam fell to the ground, out of breath, and not surrounded by his carapace, he saw a figure from the corner of his eye.
"HEY CHAOS!" The figure shouted.
Chaos took a moment to stare at the form in the distance, it was Achos.
"This is my parting gift to you," Achos laughed, as his hand was caught in a massive, planetary sized fist.
Thanks to the storm, Chaos didn't have the time to realize the large evergrowing blood amalgamation that Achos had made. Now, with all their cards spent, this was the team's final hope.
"SAYONARA BITCH!" Achos shouted, slamming the Earth sized object onto Chaos.
Upon the explosion of the object, the dark clouds were blasted off, and the city sky was clear. Sam, Kianu, and Achos looked to the city, ruined and tattered from all the damage they had caused.
"Well, we won," Sam laughed out of breath.
"Easy enough man," Achos smiled, flexing.
"Indeed, it's been a while, Achos," Kianu said, outstretching his hand.
"For real man, when was it? The first Earthen war?" Achos laughed.
"The second, but close enough."
"Man you should've come to visit, my partner is hella obnoxious."
"You say that, but you do know that Jared worked with Lambda for years on end right?"
"Well, I mean yeah, but still, you can't physically leave me to hang with well, you know..."
"The hell are you two on about?" Sam interjected.
"Reminiscing." The pair said in sync.
"Well, with Chaos dead, I think it's about time we go ahead and leave, cause I don't think we'd want to be around when it's found that we were the ones who caused this mess."
"Dead?" The disembodied voice of Chaos echoed. "I'd beg to differ."
Sam and Achos felt the sharp injection of a blade through their abdomens as they suddenly burst to life, the entire battle against golden Chaos a lie.
"Sorry boys, but before we got into that last bount, I made sure to give myself time to go full power, I hope you don't mind." Chaos winked.
"Bastard, KIANU WAKE UP!" Achos shouted to the not yet woken Kianu.
"He won't wake up till I hit him, like I just did with you two. Issue is, he'll actually survive a blade through the abdomen, unlike you two."
Sam and Achos both attempted to stand, but quickly fell to their feet upon attempting the action. They were utterly useless in this finale.

"Where am I?" I said to myself.
"You're in Texas, or in other words, the United States. I came here to get some equipment for you," A voice in my head rang out.
"Who are you?" I spoke harshly.
"Easy Black, It's just Jared, I'm helping you kill Chaos, cause monitoring the clash, things don't look so good right now." He replied, resolute.
"What do you mean?" I responded.
"The city," He paused, "There's almost nothing left."
"Shit, why are we stalling then?"
"Because you needed gear. My sister went all out, full 100%. It's taboo for us Ageloids to go all out because of what it does."
"So why am I here?"
"Take a look at your fists."
I glanced down to see my armor clad in a solid blue and black. It was similar to my old pitch black gi, but there were dark blue vibrant wires that wormed their way around the armor. Two large blue vials protruded from my wrists, empowering me with some strange liquid. All the wires that weaved themselves around my body all combined in one distinct location: my heart.
"What's all this for?" I asked.
"Unleashing everything you have. Chaos is going to be one hell of an opponent, so to prepare yourself, I'm giving you a massive power boost with this stuff, you have about 12 hours of energy before your body completely crashes."
"What is this stuff anyway?" I asked.
"Wasserpest, a liquid that allows for rapid growth when used properly."
I took off, flying to Japan at speeds that even shocked myself. This stuff was powerful, and I needed to win as fast as possible, cause if Jared supplied me with only 12 hours, he probably expects this fight to take a while.
"Black, this is it, this is the finale, the only thing left between you and Chaos is Kianu, but even he's fading in terms of strength."
3 minutes till I would make it there. The tension in the air was thick, and the large tsunamis and hurricanes didn't do much to levy said tension. The sky was dark, monstrous booms echoing from the clouds that seemed to rain endlessly. Loud rumbling shook the Earth, adding more pressure into an already tough situation.

Kianu suddenly woke up from the illusion. A large blade lodged through his heart. Chaos smiled evilly as she watched Kianu's body slowly grow limp. Or so she thought. As she lowered her guard, she was met by a large ruined car to the face, and a loud explosion ringing out. Chaos quickly looked at where Kianu's figure should have been, but was quickly met by a large pink blade landing on her face. Chaos was launched back, but emerged from the dust unscathed.
"You can't kill me Kianu. In this form I am a god." Chaos remarked.
"Y'know, I seriously doubt that." Kianu responded, his yellow joints turning purple.
In an instant, two large pulsing purple wings burst from Kianu's back. They were demonic in style, and matched his now, demonic style. The gray metal that plastered itself to his body turned purely red, and a jagged red spike arose from his shoulders. At his kneecaps, large spikes emerged, and a red mask appeared, shielding his face. Two red horns jutted out from his head, and his pink blade fluctuated a dual pink crimson red.
Kianu suddenly vanished, just before reappearing before Chaos, bringing the sword down in brilliant speeds. Chaos caught the blade, but was quickly flung into the ground by a quick movement on Kianu's part. Chaos stepped out of the crater, unscathed, but she was instantly met with a horizontal swing. She was sent flying, crashing into the non destroyed part of the city. Chaos slowly stood up, raising her hands to guard a blow from Kianu's sword, while skewering the unfortunate family attempting to evacuate from the building. Chaos was slammed through the floor straight into the boiler room from a vertical slice, but she was still unhurt. Chaos crawled out of the water heater, and was quickly met by another slice, sending her to the nearby water reservoir. Chaos raised her arms to guard another attack from overhead, but was hit by a feint before a massive building came crashing down on her. Chaos looked behind her at the building, chopping it to mear atoms with her wings at speeds unseen.
"Is this your trump card Kianu?" Chaos laughed. "It's pathetic, you can't even harm me."
"It's not about hurting you, its just about landing hits," Kianu responded, hurling his blade into a caught off guard Chaos.
Chaos crashed through the ground into the purified water reserve. Quickly, she avoided both Kianu and the falling rock, and then launched her blades incredibly fast, severing Kianu's limbs.
"Now be a good boy and stay," Chaos mocked.
"The only dog here is you," Kianu responded, his hand touching the hilt back of his blade.
Instantly, Chaos's limbs fell off, her body completely separated from itself. As she reached out, she quickly realized that while her body was in shambles, her ability to use her body was not. Similarly, Kianu's body fell under the exact same category of issue. Between the pair, it was a race to see who could reassemble their limbs faster. Kianu rushed out, attempting to attach his arms first, while Chaos, already having one attached, managed to grasp her second arm. Kianu was almost complete however, finally attaching his head, only to be met with his blade to his neck.
"Game over Kianu, but thanks for playing," Chaos smiled, before hitting Kianu with a killer uppercut, sending him flying straight into the stratosphere.
Chaos emerged from the water reserve hole, and was quickly met with a right hook to the face. The blow didn't even shake her as she looked to Iota, out of breath, and hardly standing. With a single hit, Iota was flung to the outskirts of the city, and Chaos hardly batted an eye. She continued moving forward, narrowly avoiding a pile of blood, tactically placed by Zeta. Instantly, she found Zeta, and gave him the same treatment as Iota, flicking him away with a single quick hit from her wing. Achos was the next to fall, he somehow had willed himself to continue, but was met once again by a heavy blow, sending him spiraling into the ground. Gamma managed to arrive onto the scene, but he too was taken down with ease. And Sam was left in a pile of several broken bones, as Chaos slowly moved to an unknown location. Kianu suddenly landed in front of Chaos, battered from the fall, but he slowly rose to his feet. Slowly, his armor went back to its yellow and gray style, and Kianu once again raised his hands to initiate a guard.
"You're still fighting?" Chaos questioned, "you and Achos shock me."
"I... need to continue, for her sake." Kianu responded, worn out.
"Right, Upsilon," Chaos said, her voice showing the slightest bit of sympathy. "Regardless, I can't let you stop me, so give up now."
Kianu charged forward with a left jab, but instantly, Chaos shut him down with no effort whatsoever, landing a hefty punch to his elbow. Kianu's arm recoiled back, and Chaos landed a flying kick to Kianu's torso. Kianu stumbled back, as Chaos quickly got back to her feet. Kianu brought his sword down on Chaos, but she dodged with relative ease, and then countered by landing a left hook to Kianu's shoulder, flinging him across the ground. Kianu slowly got to his feet, readying his hands for another attack, but was struck down immediately with a right uppercut. Kianu collapsed, but still continued struggling, slowly getting to his feet. He wiped a bit of crimson blood from his nose before attempting a final gambit.
"Ageloid Release: Angelic Origin," Kianu muttered.
Instantly, Chaos was grasped by an unseen hand, and slammed into the ground. Before she could question what was happening, she was struck again and again, over and over, the invisible warrior hitting her relentlessly. Chaos spun around, her blaids flailing around wildly, attempting to cut through anything that would dare hit her, but her blades made contact with nothing, and inevitably she was hit with yet another unseen hit. Chaos spiraled around, coming to a crash against some nearby rubble, and once again she was hit hard by the invisible assailant.
"NICE TRICK KIANU!" Chaos angrily shouted, "BUT IT WON'T KEEP YOU AROUND FOR MUCH LONGER!"
Chaos's blades lunged outward, attempting to impact Kianu, but Kianu was safe as the hidden figure contorted the blades around. Chaos desperately lunged and launched heavy bursts of flame in an attempt to hit Kianu, but it did nothing for her, as they were all quickly countered by the invisible figure. Suddenly, it all stopped. Chaos stared intently at Kianu, and then popped a sly smirk. She fired off a burst of 20 homing flame projectiles, all of which were countered by the invisible figure, but instantly, Kianu felt a sharp pain through his abdomen. As he looked down, he saw one of Chaos's blades protruding from his belly. Blood spurted out as he slowly collapsed to the ground, holding his abdomen in pain.
"And that," Chaos said, not even having broken a sweat, "Is how it's done."
Chaos quickly turned the other way as Kianu's eyes slowly closed, before a series of image's flooded his sight before him.
We look at a younger Kianu, being found out in the wild by a man with white hair. His fingers gnarled, his teeth jagged, and his body beaten and bruised, yet he still seems fine. The young Kianu stares at the man with a curious intent.
"It's ok little one," The figure spoke, with a bold and deep voice, "I won't hurt you."
Kianu was born with the boon of the lover's tarot card. In essence, as long as one of the two lovers was alive, the other would revive. They would revive automatically on the same day they first met the other lover tarot card holder. That day for Kianu was January 28th.
'I remember it so fondly,' Kianu thought to himself.
That day, when the man first found him, was when he met the other lover, a girl, young as well, with brown hair at the height of 3'4. Type Upsilon, Upsilon. It's always guaranteed that the pair who hold the lovers card fall in love, and Kianu wasn't immune to this stigma.
"This is Upsilon, she holds one half of the lovers tarot card," the man motioned. "And you, hold the other one."
Kianu made his way towards the girl, and stuck out his hand, offering a handshake. Upsilon took it, and from then on the pair were inseparable. Day after day, life was good and fun for Kianu, he ran and played with Upsilon, he trained with her, he talked with her, it was pure love for the duo.
"Kianu, this is my son, Delta," The man smiled genuinely, "he'll be your sparring partner from now on."
Delta stuck his hand out instinctively, but Kianu immediately slapped it away.
"My partner is Upsilon, not this "Delta," Kianu arrogantly said.
"Upsilon's new partner is Phi, these two are more of a match for you and her."
"I refuse."
"Tell you what, you prove to me you're stronger than Delta, and I guarantee you that Upsilon and you will train with each other forever."
"You're on, but Delta will lose."
Kianu took his position in the arena. At his hip, a wooden katana, which he would draw using his right hand. Kianu was older now, 5'7, with a tanner skin color, and long brown hair. His opponent was Delta, one much older than him. White curls clasped to his head, and a black mask covering his face. At Delta's hip, a wooden katana, easily accessible using his left hand. A loud "bang," was heard, and the pair instantly clashed. Their swords pressed against one another, but in the end, Delta had overpowered him, and Kianu was swept off his feet by a quick sword swing.
"WHY CAN'T I TRAIN WITH Upsilon!" Kianu shouted at the man.
"You two have learned to fight each other, and no one else, nothing is gained when you do such a thing." The high stature man responded.
"Please, what good will fighting your son do when all he does is parade around in that boring mask?"
"That mask is to protect you."
"From what?" Kianu pried angrily.
"He was born with the mark of the unholy phoenix, any who lay eyes on that mark are instantly set ablaze."
"So what good does sparring with him do?"
"Delta and Beta are both prodigies, and so the other students ought to learn from the top of the class."
"What about Phi? Why does Upsilon need to learn from her then?"
"Phi is best suited to develop Upsilon's skill set." The man still spoke calmly.
Kianu had lost this round, and so he continued to train with Delta. Slowly, he learned that there's more to life than a single person. He developed a bond with Delta, and his partner, Lambda, a team renowned for their power and skill. Upsilon on the other hand, became tight knit with Phi, and soon the two were incredibly close.
But everything changed just one day after the Night in Hell.
"So, who are you loyal to Kianu?" The man asked.
"Upsilon." Kianu bluntly responded.
"That's not an option here. What do your morals and instincts tell you to do?"
"Follow Jared. He taught me everything I now know, I'd argue it's my duty to follow him."
"Interesting, so the lovers aren't tied in thought, only in life." The man thought aloud to himself. "Very well, goodbye, and thanks for the information."
In an instant, Kianu was flung far away. He landed in front of Jared's current residence, and was quickly revitalized by the latter.
"Upsilon sided with Allistar," Jared somberly spoke. "He probably has some sort of bargaining chip against her, which is why I need you to help me kill him."
"But isn't Allistar yo-"
"Not anymore, not since he killed Mio."
"Do you have a plan to stop Allistar?"
"Do you know me?"
"Heh, yeah, I guess that's all there is to it then," Kianu smirked, "pleasure to be working with you."
Kianu shot to life, in one final attack. He pooled all his remaining energy into a brilliant yellow light, and then cocked his arms back and prepared to release the blast.
"Two minutes left Black," Jared spoke quickly, incredibly on edge.
Kianu released the beam, a beautiful gold light impacting Chaos directly, emanating from the city. The beam was large, penetrating the atmosphere of the Earth, all the while, Chaos struggled to guard the massive beam, attempting to guard with her blades. Unfortunately, the beam was too overwhelming for the girl, and she was quickly pushed back. Kianu kept the pressure going, the large gold beam causing a great force on the girl, her ground slowly fading. The rubble beneath Chaos began to evaporate under the sheer force and energy of the beam.
"1 minute Black," Jared's Voice echoed.
Kianu's beam slowly faded, and instantly, the boy quickly reached and sliced at Chaos with his sword. Chaos was dumbstruck, and didn't react in time, being nailed by the blade of the sword, but it was all for not, as Kianu was quickly flicked away, sent spiraling into the forest with all his friends.
"We're here Black," Jared spoke sternly.
"But this can't be," I replied.
Just barely in front of me, stood Chaos, who held the corpse of a brown haired girl.
"Miku," I whispered somberly.
