Redemption (Link x Reader)

Chapter 5: Gerudo Town & the Yiga Clan Hideout

Waking up early morning, You three climb your way to the Gerudo Desert.

Your hands found their way in the stone andI began to climb up. Link, Ryner and you climbed at a steady pace, the rope had enough slack where you felt it was safe. As you started your ascent you were already dreading the rest of the climb.

The snow cleared and suddenly you could see once again. It was becoming easier to breathe as well. We hit the top of another mountain.

You three jogged to the edge and jumped once more, gliding to the tower and ascending. Link reached the top and held out his hand for Ryner.

Ryner grab his and did the same to you as you grabbed it and felt him pull you up. With a sigh we sat for a moment catching our breath. It was still cold, but I could see Gerudo Town from here.

"What are you planning on going?" you asked, worried about Link'sanswer.

"Well," he started placing his Sheikah slate into the stone tablet. "The point of interest says there." He pointed directly to Gerudo Town.

"So..." you wondered softly. 

"They only allow women in there." Ryner Stated.

"Women?" you raise a brow.

Link was dumbfounded. "So wait...They wouldn't let me in, even if I am trying to help?"

"No. I guess (Y/n) is the only woman who is allowed to enter." Runer shrugs.

You scratch your neck as Link coldly glares at you.

"The Gerudos are a very proud race of women. A man is only born once in 100 years. They do not need men to function at all, and honestly? It's quite peaceful there." Ryner explains.  "It's really nice~! Maybe (Y/n) can go for you so she completed the task for ya!"

You playfully roll your eyes and nudged Ryner to the side making him laugh.

Link shook his head and scoffs. "I don't need her help. I can go by myself and without this one playing tricks to deceive everyone."

You scowl by his words. "Well then I guess you should start finding a way without my help because I'm going even though they see men with rude tolerance."

Link was taken aback then return to glare at you.

"Knock it off." Ryner scolded both of you. "We're going to work as a team. And Link If you have an idea of entering like a girl like (N/n) you should start wearing women clothes."

Link looked surprised and then he blushed and looked away.

Wishing you start chuckling what will Link look like cosplaying as a girl but you resisted doing it.

He took his Sheikah Slate out of the stone tower, looking down at it.

You look up seeing  something big. "Ryner, what's that over to the Gerudo town?"

Ryner and Link looking at the giant sandstorm that engulfed where Naboris rampaged. "The last divine beast you must fix. Vah Naboris. It's been causing terrible sandstorms and lightning storms like no other." Ryner pats your shoulder. "Be careful, if the sand starts to kick up we have to stay close. Otherwise we could loose one another."

You nod and  started trek towards Kara Kara. The sun was just beginning to set, cooling off the desert for the evening. Your cold garb was just fine to be wearing, for now.

Slowly, the desert around  you started to look hazy.

Thankfully, you weren't caught in a sandstorm. You got to Kara Kara bazaar and split up, asking around if anyone has seen a suspicious vendor. Each person we talked to pointed towards the shop with the large rock on top of it.
