It was an endless cycle where he'd never fall for you. You've been betrayed and disappointment that Link will never accept you for who you are. You are born as half demon of the Dragon-Phoenix.
You never hurt a soul in your life.
You chose the path...
In the next morning, Link woke up with the biggest hard-on he has ever felt in his life. He looked over for you in your room and noticed you were not in the room anymore, so he decided to get up, get dressed, and go out to find you or Ryner.
Link found you and Ryner sitting in the camp fire discussing thing about your condition. Ryner was thing how to cure you back your freedom so you no longer have to be Ganon's pawn.
You were slightly interested and listen, "If we find the Infinity Sword we could heal your heart and then all you can do is be free to awaken the Dragon-Phoenix and save Princess Zelda. Then Ganon can go bye-bye forever."
"So if we can find the Infinity Sword, I'll be able to be normal again?" you finally understand.
"Exactly, which is why--" Ryner started to say.
"It will give me back my freedom." you finished.
"That's why Zelda left it to you in her will." Ryner said.
"Ryner, you are truly a genius." You praised.
Ryner smile and shrug at you. "Actually, I'm highly logical, which allows me to look past extraneous detail and perceive clearly that which others overlook."
"Yeah, but there's only one problem, of course-"
"The Sword only chose of those with pure light, however if it will only find the true owner." You and Ryner look behind seeing Link chimes in.
Link had his stuff ready and you noticed that he looked angry. "Yeah, I'm still here. But you two can carry on. Don't let me spoil the fun. Get on your ride we're moving. The sooner this is done, the sooner I wouldn't have to put up with you."
As he left to get Epona you couldn't help but feel your heart shatter into a million pieces. Maybe it was too soon to admit anything to Link, especially after freeing all the Champions and his meltdown.
All you told yourself as you felt the stinging of tears is, "I really don't belong here..."

Back on the road, things have been tense between you and Link.
It's been three days since your incident and leaving Gerudo Town. Link hasn't been standoffish, per se, but the accidental kisses and the friendly bond at night stopped, which did make you sad.
Ryner watched you two still work well as a team, but there is a layer of awkwardness that surrounds you two, almost to the point it was suffocating.
As Link got off of Epona in front of a forest path, he took a deep breath, "I think this is it..."
"The Master Sword is in there?" you asked as you got off her.
"Yeah." Ryner took your hand and sighed, "Stay close. It's not called the Lost Woods for nothing."
You gulped, knowing he's doing this out of need and your safety, rather than genuinely wanting to hold your hand. However, you knew you botched this up for yourself, so you should just be happy Ryner is the one holding your hand at all times.
