Falling too much

I get back to the local hotel and go into my room. There was no point unpacking just to pack again the next day. I phone my mam & dad, my mam answers I say
"Hey mam is dad there I want to tell you something"
"Yes, let me just get him" she shouts his name and he says "hey darling"
I say " i need to tell you guys something"
"What is it" my mam asks
"I'm moving back to England"
"Aww darling did your football career not work out" my dad says
"No it did I'm moving to arsenal"
"Aww sweetie that's amazing, where are you now" my mam says
"Just in a hotel in London, I'm flying back to Barca tomorrow then I'm back here for good on Friday"
"How's lessi doing" my dad asks
"She's doing fine"
"Tell her to call us she hasn't phoned since her and dad had an argument about her new boyfriend"
"Oh I didn't even know she had one, she mentioned nothing"
"Do you have a boyfriend" my dad sarcastically asks
"No dad I don't"
"Well you need one, you can't do things by yourself" my dad replies
"Yes I can I've managed in Barca for 2 years by myself" I reply
"Okay well we better go darling see you soon" my mam says
"Bye love you both" I say
I hang up and lie in the bed- it was uncomfortable and the mattress was flat. I turned on the tv and watched some of the pre season matches for Man City men. The next morning I wake up to the sound of my alarm it was 1am my flight was at 4am. I went downstairs and checked out, I got a taxi to the airport and I boarded my flight at 3:45am. I arrived back in Barcelona at 6am. I drove to my house and got a shower, I then changed into some comfy clothes and started packing things for England. At 9am I hopped into my car and drove to the Barcelona training ground. I was met with Lucy and Keira they hugged me and I said "sorry for leaving but I want game time" Lucy says "it's alright betray us"
"Hey don't be like that" I nudge her.
Keira looks at me with tears in her eyes, I put my arm around her neck. Lucy and Keira had been like parents to me when I joined Barca they let me stay with them until I sorted out a place of my own. I helped them when nala passed away and they helped me when my grandad passed away. We walk to the changing rooms and for the first time I wasn't getting my boots on, it felt strange. I watched all my teammates get everything sorted for training. I quickly unzipped my backpack and put everything of mine inside, when the girls went out to training I left a note on all of their lockers where their names were. On Lucy's it said

Hey luce, I hope you know how much you and Keira helped me, now I open the next chapter in my life and I'm sure you will continue to help me no matter the distance. Thank you for everything and I mean everything will never forget you, I love you. Alesha xx

On Keira's it said

Hey ke, I have been crying making these notes not just for you and luce but for everyone, it doesn't feel real leaving. I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me over the last 2 years. I got you both a gift so come to mine at 4pm and make sure to tell luce, see you both soon. Love you alesha xx

I drove home after leaving notes at everyone else's lockers. At 2pm I went to a house close to mine and picked up a west highland terrier. A little female puppy. I knew Lucy and Keira would love her and I couldn't thank them enough for what they had done for me. A little while after I hear a knock at my front door I quickly pop the puppy into the living room and close the door, I open the door and see Lucy and Keira's faces. "Come on in"
Lucy says "please don't make me cry again"
I say "I didn't mean too"
I say "ready to see your present then"
They look at me and they say "yes"
I say "come on then" I walk into the living room and they follow me, the puppy was laid on the sofa and I point to it. Lucy starts crying and I pull her in for a hug. Keira sits next to her and looks shocked. "Your welcome"
"What's her name" asks keira
I still hold Lucy and say "I didn't name her you guys can"
Lucy hugs me tighter and starts sobbing more into my shoulder.
Keira says "I like Angel as in stitch's girlfriend"
Lucy says "I love it"
I say "me too" I laugh at Lucy's reaction I say "Luce I do need to get to the airport at some time"
"You don't have too"
"I do"
"When will you be back" she asks
"I don't know, I'm not totally sure on the fixtures yet"
"Okay"
Lucy eventually let's go of me and sits down next to angel and Keira. I take a photo and send it to Lucy & Kiera. After 2 hours they are leaving, they hug me and say "good luck". We all start sobbing and they leave with angel by their side. I pack my last things and head to bed. My flights at 3am so I need to be at the airport for 1am. My alarm goes off at 12:15. I wake up and change into the clothes I left out, I open my suitcase and put my pyjamas inside. After 30 minutes I have put everything I need to In my suitcase I lock up the house and put the keys in my pocket. I drive to the airport and arrive there at 12:55. I arrive back in london at 5am, I get a taxi to a nearby hotel and I unpack- not all- but some off my stuff. I lay on the bed until it turns 8am. I call a taxi company and they arrive at 8:30. They drive me to London Colney. I get out and head into jonas' office.

I knock on the door and I hear a voice "come on in" I walk in and I take a seat.
I say "I'm here"
He says "glad your finally here, hope you had a safe journey anyway let's talk about your announcement then"
I say "Barcelona have announced I've left, so I guess arsenal just need to announce it now"
"If you follow me I'll take you to the media room and you can meet Michelle and Carl they are the 2 main media producers"
"Okay" I stand up and follow Jonas out of his office. He walks along the corridor I look at the photos off all the trophy's they've won over the years. We slowly approach a door and Jonas walks in, I walk in and see who I imagine is Michelle and Carl. They greet me and tell me to sit on the chair infront of a red background. I sit down and they ask me questions.
"Hello Alesha, how are you feeling about joining arsenal"
"I feel amazing, a new club, a new chapter, a new journey"
"Your alessia Russo sister how does it feel knowing you will be going up against each other"
"It will feel like old times when we went up against each other as little kids in the back garden"
"Are you excited to see how arsenal works out for you"
"Certainly I hope I can be here for a while and make an impact"
Just as Michelle goes to say the next question a blonde walks in, and says "your the new signing right"
I say "yeah" I didn't quite remember her from when I was only here a couple days ago.
