Falling too much

Mason wakes up and he sits on the grass.

Catherine says "I'm just gonna say this again, but thank you so much for Molly yesterday. Honestly it was her dream"
I reply "no problem, I love to make kids dreams come true"
"And thank you Bailey for taking her"
Bailey replies "no problem, I would of been taking Kendall anyway"
We talk for a bit longer before theirs a break for everyone to get a drink. Kendall and Molly run over to us. Kendall catches her breath and says "it's going good"
"Well that's good"
Molly says "come on Kendall we need to go back"
They run back over and I take a couple photos.

After an hour we get called over by the coach again. Me and Catherine walk over and we all stay in the same positions.

The coach begins "we have discussed with the coaches who have been watching from the sidelines. We have made a decision and 8 of you will be going home without making the team. We understand it will be hard and sad but please please please don't let this stop you. You are all amazing footballers"

"I will now say the 12 who have made the team if you do not hear your name you haven't made the team and therefore please leave once I say the last persons name as we need to speak to those who will be joining the team"

"As you can imagine it was a very hard decision but congratulations to the girls who made the cut. Our condolences to those who haven't" the 8 who didn't make it walk away with their parents comforting them.

I lean down so I'm height level with Kendall's ear and say "congrats"
She smiles and the coach says " well done girls, we can't wait for you to join the team. Obviously the competition is a lot harder, but we think you have the potential to compete with the higher level. We have some of the best coaches teaching you. We have just welcomed a former lioness to the team to coach the under 15s that I'm sure a lot of you will recognise the name Jill Scott. So in the next 1-2 years some of you will be coached by her if she doesn't move on. For now you are being coached by myself, Jamie and Rachel. Jamie is training the goalkeepers so kyra and Hannah and the goalkeepers back at the academy. The rest will be coached by me and Rachel"

"Obviously training sessions and games will be more frequent than clubs. First training session is Tuesday morning as it's half term, we will tell you more details then. Also make sure to bring some sporty clothes as you won't be getting your training kit till after the session. Before you leave please go and see Rachel to fill in a couple details"

He dismisses us and we all leave, Kendall goes over to Rachel and gets a sheet of paper and a pen. I walk over to Bailey and say "she's in, she's playing for West Ham" Bailey stands up and hugs me.
"Thank you so much, she would never of been able to do this without you" she says as her arms are still around my waist.
Kendall comes over and we sit down and fill it in.

Kendall runs over to Rachel and hands it in. She comes back over and we say bye to Catherine and Molly before getting in the car, as soon as we get in Kendall screeches in excitement. Me and Bailey in the front. Mason and Kendall in the back. Mason says "can we go home now"
"Yeah let's go mase" Bailey says
I drive home and we get inside. We eat some pizza before Bailey takes mason too bed. Me and Kendall watch another episode of stranger things. I post on instagram halfway through the 2nd episode.
