The birds chirping outside was nothing more than a nuisance to Wooyoung who had a blaring headache when he woke up the next day, nicely tucked into bed and body feeling content. He knew why but it disgusted him so much too. That his body could feel this way. He knew it was definitely because of how much he and San had been doing it recently that his body was just confused and thought it was the same but his mind knew it wasn't. He tried to hold back the nauseating feeling that climbed up his throat as he choked back a sob but it still escaped. He sobbed softly and covered himself with his blanket, cursing internally at how much he hated everything right now. He hated himself. He hated S. He hated what had happened and how he had no control over it. He hated it all.

His phone rang, breaking him out of his slump as he picked it up.

"Morning, Wooyoung," San chirped and Wooyoung felt both guilt and relief at the same time. He tried not to let his sobs through the phone as he wiped away his tears and took a deep breath.

"Morning, San. Where are you? I thought you were going to stay the night," Wooyoung asked slowly.

"Hmm? You haven't seen the note I wrote for you?"

"What note?" Wooyoung looked around before taking notice of the paper on his drawer. He picked it up and read it. "Oh."

"I was going to tell you about it but you were sleeping so soundly by the time we got home that I didn't have the heart to wake you up."

"H-how long would you be gone?" Wooyoung asked almost nervously.

"Why? Missing me already?"

"Yeah..."

"For a week or so. I'll be back soon enough." San made him feel safe and if the other had another overseas work for a week, it made him feel exposed to every danger again. Especially the danger named S.

"A week?"

"Yeah. Too long?"

"Yes."

"Sorry. I'll try to come back earlier, okay? You can call me or text me when you miss me. I'll try to call you every night too."

Wooyoung pursed his lips, trying to keep himself from breaking down. He wished he could ask San why he wasn't here when he needed him the most but he knew it wasn't San's fault. How would San know when S would attack? What if S had just been waiting for San to leave all along too? He knew he couldn't blame San for not protecting him when the man had been by his side for weeks now but he wished he could hold San and have the other tell him everything was fine.

"Wooyoung? I have to go now."

"Ah. Sorry. Okay. Stay safe, okay?"

"I will. You too, okay?"

"Yes, I will." If I can. Once the call ended, he dreaded the coming Wednesday and Thursday. What if S did something to him? He won't have San to fetch him and he didn't want to trouble Yeosang. Did that mean he had to do whatever S wanted again? He could just go to the police. Maybe. Wooyoung bit his lower lip and squeezed his eyes shut. He didn't know what to do and his head hurt. He took a shower and stepped into his living room, instantly feeling his stomach drop to the floor when he saw the pink box with the ribbon. He refused to look at it as he stumbled into his kitchen to make himself coffee and take an aspirin to stop his headache first. He sighed as he gulped down the whole cup before pouring himself another one. He walked to the living room and sat on the couch, staring at the box. He really didn't want to open it but knew the consequences if he didn't listen too. Heck, things were still the same even when he did listen.

Slowly, he made his way to the box and poked at it. He pursed his lips and opened it, taking note of the chocolate smell that wafted out of it. He blinked and swore if that man was up to some chocolate bullshit again, he...couldn't do anything about it either. He picked up the note and read it.
