you and alhaitham share the same house. ever since kaveh won that whole prize money thing from an akademiya competition, he moved out quicker than a tiger catching a prey. alhaitham was living alone for a while until you managed to annoy him enough for him to let you into his house to live with him.
you were thrilled that you finally got to live with him, since you always thought he was cool and wanted to hang out with him more — but the longer you lived with you, the more you realised maybe this little arrangement was better off not made.
he never paid any attention to you, in fact he would always focus everything else but you. whenever you came back from an adventure or commission, bruised or hurt, he wouldnt seem to really care despite you who always took care of his little needs when he was hurt.
it kinda hurt you, seeing how he never really cared about you, or your feelings for that matter.
it was just yesterday when you were sitting on the couch reading one of his books that he wrote for the akademiya. he came home, shut the door and walked into the living room. you and him met gazes, yet he sank none into your smile and walked right into his office without batting you an eye.
