Chapter 7. Rivalry and Friendship

Kitty did not respond to any of them instead she walked away.

This time a smile was plastered over her face and her eyes widened upon seeing someone she least expected to see.

"LARA JEAN? PETER? MARGOT AND JOSH?" She exclaimed.

She ran towards them and gave them hugs.

"Happy birthday Kitty...time flies so fast." Peter Kavinsky said.

Minho watched them in awe from afar.

"Little kid...happy birthday." Josh told her.

"You lil see is now way bigger." Margot said as she kissed her forehead.

"Miss you so much kitty." Lara Jean smiled at her.

"Guys I want you to meet my friends."

Eventually she gathered all of them away from the crowd.

After the meeting, Kitty and her friends were now on the tables and chairs near the pool area.

Alex was left to chitchat with Margot, LJ, Josh, and Peter

Kitty, Minho, Dae, Madison, Q, Florian, Yuri, and Juliana were all sitting down forming a circle

"What are we here for?" Minho asked.

"Okay... we play a game...Truth or Kiss..." Madison said

"Really? All of us?" Florian asked.

"Duh...we're all gonna get bored here."

"That sounds fun." Juliana said.

They all spin the bottle and it pointed to Florian.

"Truth or Kiss." They asked him.

"Kiss." Florian responded.

Then they all reacted when he went to kiss Q without hesitation.

This time the bottle pointed to Dae.

"I'd say truth..." Dae replied

"Dae...do you still love Kitty?" Yuri asked.

Dae had some hesitation at first but then..

"I'd be lying if I say No. In fact I still like her...it's hard to erase our memories like that..but she...she had feelings for somebody else and I respect that." Dae replied.

The others looked at each other feeling confused.

They also stared at Kitty who felt so tensed.

This time the bottle was spun again.

It pointed to Kitty this time.

"Truth." Kitty replied.

"Kitty....when Dae said you liked somebody...who was it.." Juliana was the one who asked this time.

Kitty bit her lip in anxiousness.

She stared at Yuri...and Yuri was getting awkward.

"Umm..."

Dae started to get worried, he sensed that Kitty was not ready to respond.

"What Dae was said was wrong...In fact, I still have feelings for him." Kitty replied.

They were all shocked by what she said.

"So you still do love him..." Madison said.

"I knew it." Dae smiled in victory

Dae this time kissed her on the lips..

Minho watched them, his eyes were now getting sharper...he was mad.

His jaw clenched.

"Hey...Minho...don't you think it's time for us to go back to the usual?" Madison beside him said but he didn't reply.

After their kiss, Kitty worriedly looked at Minho.

He was staring at her coldly.

Then within a second, they were all surprised when he stood up abruptly.

"Yah..." Minho lunged forward and held Dae by his collar.

Dae was able to stand up.

"Minho stop!" Kitty shouted

"Yah...let me go...what the hell is wrong with you" Dae told him

"What is going on here." Madison freaked out.

Minho then punched Dae..

The girls started to shout.

Lara Jean, Peter, Josh, Margot and Alex.... all went to stop both from fighting further.

Dae earned a cut on his lip.

"Why? You like Kitty don't you? Just admit it!" Dae said.

"Yes...Me and Kitty are dating!" Minho shouted so loudly.

Lara Jean looked at her sister Kitty and she shook her head.

Madison's mouth went open...

Yuri and Juliana was still shocked with all of the happenings.

Q and Florian also looked at them in a trance.

"What?" Dae calmed down.

"Yes..me and Kitty just dated... I confessed to her on the airplane when you just let her leave like that. That's how much of a better person I am than you..Dae." Minho told him.

"And do you think Kitty likes you?! Huh?" Dae replied

"What do you mean?"

"Kitty....why don't we tell them the truth......You don't like me now actually....didn't you say you like Yuri?" Dae said.

It slipped out from his mouth, and for a second Dae regretted.

His anger made him do that.

"What?" Minho couldn't believe what he just heard.

"Y-you like me?" Yuri was also too shocked to process.

"I knew it." Juliana said, then she let go of Yuri's hand and ran away.

"Wait! Juliana!" Yuri followed after her

"Noo..." Kitty said.

"Kitty...I'm sorry...I-..." Dae was not able to continue when Kitty eventually ran away.

They were all still left so shocked especially Minho.

Lara Jean decided to follow her sister.
