Chapter 13. Glimpse of Minho

"What you did was right." Madison clung unto Minho's arm as they were now going back to the bus.

He then swat her arm away from his arm.

"Enough Madison. Why are you acting real clingy now."

"Don't you want it."

"That was for the sake of being in front of Kitty."

"Minho....I wanted us to be real now."

"What?....Madison....you want us to be real now? After you have told me that this isn't your thing?"

He shook his head in disbelief
then walked ahead of her.

Alex this time went beside Kitty as they walked.

"Hey.. you didn't deserve to be embarrassed like that." Alex told her.

"I cannot believe it. I really do not understand that jerk sometimes."

"Maybe there is a reason behind that."

"Well...he wouldn't have to stoop low for whatever reason that is."

"Maybe the reason gave him intense emotions thinking about it."

What could the reason be?...I never told Minho about me talking to his dad?...and no one heard us in that area....Kitty thought.

Back at the dorm....

Kitty sat on the bed, feeling problematic.

She was already roommates with Yuri and Juliana.

No longer with the messy gamer girl.

"I still miss Juliana." Yuri said as she sat beside Kitty

"I'm sorry...."

"Kitty....it's not your fault. And whatever Minho's reason is...It's not your fault as well...Come on...how about we go shopping?"

Yuri and Kitty visited every shop.

They tried on different hats and different accessories.

When the dark skies came they walked  by the school gardens to chill off a little bit.

"Hey...I hope I was able to cheer you up."

"Thanks Yuri. How about Juliana...are you still trying to locate her?"

"I do...but...I saw her text...she wanted me to give her more time."

They both stopped and stared at the skies.

There was a shooting star.

"Wow...it's beautiful." Kitty said.

Then she faced Yuri who stared at her

Their faces were so close to one another.

Then she blinked her eyes twice, and her facial expressions changed when she saw Minho in Yuri.

It's like they were back all over again at the Griffith Observatory.

When Minho gave her the necklace.

All she could see was him.

But when she blinked again, it was Yuri again.

"Kitty...I know what you're thinking...sorry...but I'm forever loyal to Juliana." Yuri chuckled.

The two girls eventually went back to the dorm..

Dorm room....

At the Kitchen.....

"Okay...so to lift our moods...let's eat some Korean foods that we bought." Yuri said as she placed down their orders on the table.

"Do we have to reheat it?" Kitty asked.

"Oh sure...if you want to."

"Okay."

"Here's the pan."

Kitty held the pan as she reheated the foods.

She could remember the time when she and Minho had a little chat while he was helping her prepare for Chuseok..

In the process, the fire of the stove suddenly caught her white long sleeve.

"OH NO..." Yuri instantly looked for a huge cloth near them.

Kitty started to squirm her arm.

Yuri then covered her arm to stop the fire.

She looked at Yuri.

And it was in slow motion.

Her heart started to beat so fast.

But...

All she could think of was when Minho covered her burning hanbok with fire during their traditional dance performance.

"Yuri...."

"Kitty? Better be careful next time. The fire could kill us!"

"I need to tell Minho something."

She then left the kitchen area, then the room.

Yuri was standing there all confused.

Kitty ran as fast as she could and knocked on the boys' dorm.

Then the person who opened it was no other than Minho.

She tiptoed to reach his height, held his cheeks, then pressed her lips on his lips.

Minho's eyes widened.
