A Thousand Days

Chapter 16

AUDREY'S POV

"Ring. Ring." I woke up with a smile on my face that no one could erase. Last night was amazing and Justin—I'm not even sure there are words to describe how perfect he is or how amazing of a kisser he is. I slid out of bed and went in the bathroom. As I was brushing my teeth and washing my face I heard banging on the door.

"Audrey open up!" Kayla shouted. I could recognize that voice anywhere. "We need to go now." She said grabbing a bag and stuffinf some clothes.

"What are you talking about?" I asked. She tossed a magazine at me and some clothes.

"I don't have a lot of time to explain. We just need to get off campus right now." I wasn't sure what was going on so I hurried up and got dressed. She tossed me a pair of jeans and a t-shirt and sneakers and a baseball cap. I grabbed my keys, phone, laptop, and bag she packed for me. She grabbed the keys.

"Where are we going?" I asked once we reached the parking lot.

"Just follow me." I threw my stuff in the back seat and ran to the drivers seat. I fastened my seat belt and pulled out of the parking lot following kayla.

After a couple of minutes the route we were taking looked familiar. We passed the club we went to not too long ago. That's when I realized we must be headed to Justin's. I wonder if everything's okay. Hopefully he's alright. As we pulled up towards the gates there was paparazzi everywhere. What did he do? The gates opened and we drove into the driveway. I jumped out the car and ran into the house.

"What's going on? Is everything alright?" I said bursting in the doors. It was silent. All I saw was Justin and his manager Scooter. I know you're probably wondering how I know who Scooter is, well I've been a fan of justin's for awhile. I just don't remember every detail of his life.

"Hey, can you please explain what's going on?" He just nodded his head to the tv.

Hey guys, we just got some juicy gossip for you guys on one of your favorite heartthrobs, Justin Bieber. Last night he was spotted with a student from the University of Florida making out of the ferris wheel. Insiders say these two have had a thing going on for the past year and are finally starting to come out to the public. Some people recall seeing them leave off together, but we're not entirely sure. One thing that is for sure it that the University of Florida is dealing with some pretty upset students. There's a supposed large crowd of girls waiting outside the dorm room of this alleged student. I guess Justin turned it off.

"That's all lies. Why would people lie about us? It's none of their business." I said. Justin walked up to me and wiped a tear out of my eye. When did I start crying.

"No. Just stop." I said walking off. I needed some time to process all of this. I went to one of the room upstairs and shut the door. I turned the lights off and closed the curtains. I looked up and their were lights all over the ceiling. It kind of looked like stars. I crawled up under the blanket and cried. Everything was over. My life was gone now. I no longer mattered. I cried until I fell asleep. At least in my sleep my mind will be at peace.
