AUDREY'S POV

____________________________________________________________________________________

Today Justin was coming by the apartment to pick me up and we were going to get a quick bite to eat. I had on a royal blue ribbed flowy hi-low dress. I put on a long necklace with long ear rings that dangled too. I did bantu knots in my hair the night before and now my hair was perfectly curly. I couldn't find any shoes to match. Just as I was about to freak out about the whole shoe issue the door rang. I looked through the peephole and saw a casually cute Justin with flowers in his hand. I opened the door and was greeted by a huge smile and hug.

"Are those for me?" I asked shocked.

"No, they're actually for Kayla." He said with a straight face looking around the condo.

"Seriously?" My face dropped. I guess he thought it was funny, because he burst out laughing.

"No. Of course these are for you. Are you ready to go?" He said while walking to grab a vase and put the flowers in.

"Nope. I can't figure out what shoes to wear." I said. I grabbed his hand and showed him my dilemma.

"How about this. You can throw on those sandals and then we can stop by the mall and get you some shoes to match." He said.

"Sure." I threw on the sandals he suggested and we went out. We went to get something to eat from chick-fil-a, because I was craving one of their milkshakes. They are honestly the best in the whole world and besides, tomorrow would be Sunday and I wouldn't be able to get one. It seems like I always want Chick-fil-A when it's a Sunday.

We pulled into the parking garage of the mall. As soon as I touched the handle of the door, Justin made the weirdest sound in the world, hopped out the car and ran over to open the door for me.

"Thanks babe!" I said smiling, before placing a kiss on his lips.

"No problem. You should be treated like the queen you are." He grabbed my hand and started walking towards the mall. He started swinging our hands like little kids so I started skipping. So did he. I can't believe he was actually skipping. He stopped to open up the door to the mall and I couldn't control my laughter.

"Did we really just do that?" I said, in between my laughing fit.

"I think we did. So where are we going to get you some shoes?" He said as we stopped in front of the sign that had the mall guide. Before I could even glance, Justin pulled me into some store.

"So what do you like?" I looked around and none of the shoes had prices around them. We were in the christian louboutin shoe outlet.

" I think we should go. I can't afford anything in here and there's no way you're gonna pay for me." I said turning around. He grabbed my hand and pulled me back.

"What do you like?" He said again.

Justin ended up buying me three pairs a shoes and spent almost $4,000 dollars on me. While we were leaving he got a call from someone.

"I get what you're saying, but I care about her." he said calmly, but I could clearly see his frustration.

"She's not freaking using me, don't you think I would know?" He shouted. It got quiet for a while until he broke the silence.

"Don't ever mention her name again. Look I appreciate the concern, but you can rest assured that I know what I'm doing this time." He hung up and opened my car door.

On the way home it was silent, I wanted to ask but I was scared. Just when I was about to he started talking.

"You don't have to be afraid to ask. It was management. They have doubts about us. " He said pulling into the parking lot.

"Thanks for talking to me and the shoes. I really appreciate it and I hope you know that. Call me once you get home!" I said before giving him a kiss and heading back in the car.
