Third person POV

Evan Peters, and Y/N Y/L/N. A couple admired by many, the two have a perfect dynamic. They keep each other laughing, and keep each other grounded. They keep each other alive, wild, and free. Most importantly, the two make each other feel loved, wanted, and respected. Love this powerful was hard to find, and the two realized this rather quickly, becoming completely and utterly in love with each other.

Evan often finds himself staring at his fiancé, becoming absolutely engrossed in her beauty. He would watch as she got ready for the day, or as she cooks a meal for herself, practically drooling over her. They have been together for 6 years, engaged for one with a weeding coming up swiftly, yet every time he looks at her he still gets those butterflies.

Y/N would often catch Evan staring at her, but she never blames him, because she spends a lot of her day staring at him as well. She loves to watch him work out in their home gym, his muscles contracting from the weights as her Y/E/C eyes glisten with admiration, with lust. She loves to lay with him in their shared bed after a long day, drifting off to sleep in his strong arms, listening to the soft beat of his chest.

The two are very open with each other, they always have been. Each one is always aware when something was going on with the other; and this is the case right now.

Y/N is currently struggling to work through a bad episode of her depression, that came back upon the loss of her grandmother. She doesn't let this take away from her outgoing personality, or affect her days too much. She makes light of every day, every moment with Evan. Unfortunately, she has to experience the rock bottom moments of sadness, that don't always manifest in the form of tears, but sometimes she is simply silent.

"What do you want to play next?" Evan asks her as he continues driving down the free way, the two are on their way home from a three day backpacking trip in Maine. The pair loves to drive rather than fly, because they enjoy seeing things along the way, and putting in work to get to their destination.

Evan speaks again, "we have time for about three more songs I'd say. We're finally getting close."

Y/N flashes him a soft smile, before leaning her head onto the window and sighing, shrugging her shoulders.

"Baby?" Evan attempts to get her attention again,  trying not to lose sight of the road for too long.

"You can pick." She whispers so quietly, that Evan almost can't hear her. Immediately, he realizes something is wrong.

Evan thinks for a moment, typically in a moment like this he would pull his girlfriend in to his arms, run his fingers through her hair and whisper sweet nothings into her ear, helping her get through the moment.

Right now though, they're on the interstate, with another several miles to go until their exit and he can't exactly pull over.

His girlfriend is freaking out on the interstate, and he's not sure what to do to help her, but he sure as hell is going to try his hardest.

"Hey," Evan whispers, resting his right hand on her knee and driving with his left, "I can tell something is bothering you. I'm here, it's alright."

"I'm just overwhelmed, with the feelings and all." She wipes a tear before placing her left hand on top of where my right rested on her knee, "I hate feeling like this."

"I'll start rolling down the windows baby, for a little fresh air," Evan pauses, "we're driving back to our favorite place."

Y/N smiles again, connecting her gaze with her boyfriend's and feeling all of the love as he rolls the two front windows down half way, before turning his attention back to the road and rubbing her knee with his thumb.
