Kana in 'Mairimashita Iruma-kun'

Changing?

"You really should focus more on recovering Kana-chan." Sullivan glumly stayed by his granddaughter's bedside
Kana looked weak
She felt weak
Messy hair, tired bloodshot eyes
She could barely move
Barely talk
She really seemed sick
And Sullivan just granted her presumably "last" wish
Doctors came and it seemed that her body was deteriorating
"Don't work Kana-chan....you don't need to...." Iruma was torn to see his sister bedridden
Kana smiled weakly
"I will recover in the countryside Iruma, then i will focus on my work....the doctor said i should focus on what i love-"
"But not work! You push yourself too hard, like school. It wasn't even a day after you woke up from what?! A 3 month sleep that we don't know the cause of?!?" Iruma was breaking down
Kana sighed
"Grandpa, i'll be fine. Please take Iruma away, i really don't need to be stressed right now." Kana said, staring at the wall
Iruma got up from his chair suddenly
"But-"
"Iruma please." Kana's tone was not light
So Sullivan and Iruma were forced to leave
Kana was carried by Opera to the carriage as they were going with her to the countryside mansion
"Kana-chan....this isn't right." They said
Kana's eyes turned cold with a hint of violet
"I need this Opera, i need to focus on my condition right now."
Opera merely nodded in silence

In Kana's slumber, she was visited by the voice again
This time, she did not run away
"I need to know who you are!" Kana screamed at the nothingness of the dark
"We are demons, born of your pain, your hatred, your compassion, your lust. We are yours, master" multiple voices said at once
It still creeped Kana out
"How many are you?"
"There are many sides to us master, but you may count us as one"
"What is your name?"
"We have none master, you may name us"
"Aric"
There was silence
"Do you have other forms Aric?"
A tall, handsome, long-red-haired, bronze skinned, muscular man in simple white clothes appeared in front of her
"Are you real...Aric?" Kana asked, entranced and almost crying
Aric kneeled in front of her and took her hand gently to kiss it
"My beauty is due to you, master. Your pain, you turn to beauty. Your hatred, it makes me stronger. Use me, master. Use me as you wish."
Then he was slowly fading
"Call me if you wish, and i shall appear, master."
Then Kana awoke

Months passed and Kana pushed herself to her work
Not even glancing on her personal phone that contained her friends and Iruma's contacts, locking it in her drawer
"Kana-sama...." A handsome man called out from behind the slender woman
"Didn't i tell you to call me Kana, Aric?"
The way she smiled
It was venomous as it was gorgeous
It was manipulative
Beautiful
It hid pain
It hid intentions
She was no longer the sweet child she pretended to be
And Opera knew that
When a strange man suddenly started appearing out of nowhere, as did a black cat and occasionally a small girl
They knew Kana was changing
