Asmodeus got a Rank 4, Daleth.

Since the average of a first year class is Rank 1 Aleph or Rank 2 Beth, everyone was surprised of course.

Asmodeus went first because he finished first, second was Clara who rode on his back.

"As expected of the guy who topped the entrance exams!" Lied exclaimed.

Kallego agreed mentally. 'It only seems natural.'

He was also shocked by the other's performances, 'surprisingly, there were a few more above average.'

Jazz Andromalius M. Zazu, had gotten Rank 3 Gimel.

Crocell Kerori had Rank 2 Beth, as well as Purson Soi.

Clara got Rank 3 Gimel.

"Wait what?! How the hell did you get Rank 3?!" Asmodeus was staggered.

"Don't be a meanie!" Clara held on to her honor.....?

"Clara is a powerful demon you know!"

Kallego sighed "it's because she came in second place... she had good luck as well as ability."

"This is so unfair!" Asmodeus complained.

Lied smiled at the sight from afar.

"The Suzuki's gang looks excited."

"What do you think they'll pull out?" Jazz humored.

"Something like He (5)?" Elizabeth suggested.

"Well, they'll surely pull out something weird!"

Back to the present:

They were right.

Kana pulled out Lucifer's Earrings, while Iruma pulled out Solomon's ring.

Two great and ancient artifacts.

Sullivan – sama had just finished feeding both Iruma and Kana's scary shadows that emitted from their accessories.

Right after Kana cried because the earring's shadow tried to swallow her arm (her words), and Iruma's ring's shadow unleashed a painful scream.

Affecting everyone but the high ranking teachers and Iruma.

Kana wished for the pain to stop, and so it stopped affecting her.

She found this weird, but kept quiet.

Sullivan – sama explained.

"Iruma's ring is the ring of Gluttony, a great reflection of Solomon's greed. Kana's earrings however, have Lucifer's feathers of desire which were from Lucifer's wings in origin~"

"Now that I have charged up the ring and the feather's shadow retreated, they are now harmless. Since you have already used them, we can no longer remove them!"

"Ehhh???" Kana and Iruma were still in the state of recovery.

Kallego tried to opposed keeping them.

"B- but-" he stammered.

He was no threat to the principal's deaf ears.

Then, Iruma and became the lowest rank, 1 Aleph.

Kana received Rank 2 Beth, since her earrings were more pleasant to Kallego's ears.

Iruma was relieved as he saw the scoreboard.

Thinking 'this is the first time they've reasonably evaluated me.'

Kana was satisfied as well.

Although Asmodeus became hot – headed because Iruma and Kana received a lower score than him.

He thought with logic 'Iruma – sama beat me and Kana – sama made me her familiar! It doesn't make sense they're ranked lower!'

Iruma and Kana were satisfied with their ranks, Kana actually wished for a lower rank.

She didn't plan on not standing out, but receiving a legendary artifact from the owl was too much for her.

"Do you see them?"

"The Suzuki twins?"

"Yeah, don't be noisy or they'll hear us."

"Did you hear, that girl beat up one of her classmates."

"Iruma made the leader of the valley his pet!"

"Kana tamed one of the valley's guardian pillars!"

"Scarryyy!"

Unfortunately for them, Kana and Iruma's demonic reputations only grew.
