For breakfast Lillith decided to have pancakes, strawberries and syrup with orang juice. She sat at the Hermes table on the very end, far away from the rest of them. She saw Aurora over at the Aphrodite make up, they all seemed to be arguing and holding up expensive looking shoes. The person she was really looking for wasn't here. Nico said that he would be back but he wasn't. She looked over at table 13. That was Hades cabin number, 13. If Nico was there he should have been sat at that table. Lillith watched as some of the Athena kids offered to their Mum. She had already done hers. She asked for guidance but just like yesterday...no response. She was really starting to think that she didn't have a godly parent. Everyone was saying that her parenting situation fits for her to have one because she never knew her Mum. That was how is was for everyone here. One of their parents was forever missing and they had never met them. Even so that wasn't enough to comfort Lillith. Her Mum could simply have done a runner, there are plenty of people in the world hows parents have done that and their not demigods. Lillith was sure that she wasn't mortal, that much was clear. Whether or not she was a demigod or a monster was another mystery. She didn't want to be a monster she hated that idea. She hoped that getting claimed would provide some evidence that she wasn't a monster. After she finished her breakfast she saw Chiron. The rest of the Hermes cabin were still eating and laughing so she decided that now was a good time.

"Excuse me Chiron?" She said getting his attention.

"Ah good morning Lillith. How do you like the camp?"

"It's very nice Sir. Everyone is really nice but that's not why I'm here."

"What is it that I can help you with?"

"When I was struck by the manticore you said that the wound healed itself but this morning when I was getting dressed I noticed a strange black dot where the wound was. Coming off it are strange black vein like markings." Chiron scrunched his face in thought.

"It's good that you came to see me as soon as you found out. As for what it is I would say it's the poison from the manticore."

"But I thought that I was healed from that."

"It would seemed that you have healed the outside wound but the poison that was in your blood stream is still there. Nectar would have been able to get it out for you but you can't drink that. Without the use of nectar I do not know another was to get rid of that."

"But why would it appear now? It wasn't there yesterday."

"I would say that your body has been doing a good job of defending itself up until now but not the poison is a little too strong."

"So what's going to happen?" She asked knowing that she won't like the answer.

"The poison will spread until eventually it kills you."

"S-so I'm dying then. This is what this is."

"I am sorry but yes that is what is happening. I will do my best to search for ways to stop it but in the meantime I can only slow it down."

"How long do I have?"

"Manticore poison would take a month to kill a demigod but since as you are not all demigod I would think that you have longer than that but I can't be sure. Is there anything you wish to do? Visit family outside of camp?"

"No Sir, I don't have any. I am happy sending the rest here at camp. Thank you for your help."

"I will of course let you know if I find anything and I'll brew some of the medicine to slow the poison down. It should be ready by tonight."

"Thank you Chiron." She said as she saw the Hermes cabin stand up and begin to walk away towards the pegasus stables...
