Aarohi was meticulously checking on her patients when a nurse rushed in, looking slightly flustered. "Doctor, aapka phone aa raha hai!" she announced.

Aarohi nodded, waving the nurse off. "Haan, aap jaayiye, mein abhi aayi," she replied, her focus still on the chart in her hands. Once she finished her check-up, she returned to her cabin and glanced at her phone. A missed call caught her attention.

"Yeh kon hai?" she wondered aloud, curiosity piquing as she dialed the number.

On the other end, a familiar voice answered, "Hello, Dr. Aarohi speaking?"

Aarohi narrowed her eyes and asked, "Ji, aap kon?"

The voice brightened with mischief. "Kaisi hai aap, miss toofaan mail?"

Aarohi chuckled, recognizing the playful tone. "Mr. ACP... You are stalking me?"

Rajveer laughed, taken aback. "What the hell? Stalking? I'd call it more of a friendly inquiry!"

Aarohi's tone turned slightly suspicious. "Aapke paas mera number kaha se aaya?"

With a casual confidence, Rajveer replied, "I took it from my own sources, ma'am. You know how it is."

"Huh..." Aarohi said, slightly impressed but still wary.

Rajveer then suggested, "Achha suno, kya hum adhe ghante mein King's coffee shop mein mil sakte hain?"

"Kyun?" Aarohi raised an eyebrow, intrigued yet cautious.

"Woh files bhi leke aana," he urged, making it sound important.

Realization hit her. "Oooh... Haan haan. Ok, bye." She cut the call, amused by the sudden turn of events.

As Rajveer spoke to his brother, Vijay, he couldn't help but grin. "Kis se milne ki baatein ho rahi hain, mera bhai?" Vijay inquired, feigning ignorance.

"Teri behan se..." Rajveer smirked, enjoying the surprise.

"A chal, bakwas mat kar," Vijay scoffed, but curiosity danced in his eyes.

"Woh sab chhod, yeh bata, kaisi rahi hone wale sasur ji ke saath meeting?" Rajveer teased, eager to change the topic.

Vijay sighed dramatically, "Huh... Mat puch, Yaar. It was a disaster."

Rajveer laughed, "Koi ni, rehn de. Tu Rash ka badla mujhse kyun leta hai? Matlab agar woh tujhe nakhre dikhayegi, to tu mujhe dikhayega?"

Vijay pulled his brother into a hug, "Mera bhai..."

After their banter, Rajveer headed to the coffee shop. He booked a table and settled down, anticipation bubbling within him. A few moments later, Aarohi arrived, slightly out of breath.

"Sorry, sorry, mein late ho gayi," she said, rushing in.

Rajveer couldn't resist teasing her. "Mera na trainer kehte the, aise kaam hi nahi karne chahiye ki baad mein sorry bolni pare."

Aarohi shot him a playful glare. "Bola na sorry, taunt marna jaruri tha?"

"Alright, alright," he laughed. "What will you have?"

"Umm... I will have a cappuccino," she decided, settling into the chair.

Rajveer turned to the waiter, ordering, "Waiter, one black coffee and a cappuccino please."

As the waiter left, Rajveer leaned forward, studying Aarohi intently. "Haan to, miss toofaan mail, kya baat hai?"

Aarohi took a breath, gathering her thoughts. "Woh, actually parso Sanjeevni mein government school ke kuch bache admit hue, aur unki halat bahut kharab thi. Unke muh se kuch white gel-like substance nikla. Head principal keh raha hai ki unhone sirf mid-day meal liya. So it might be food poisoning, but woh food to woh roj lete honge na. To food poisoning us din hi kyun, pehle kyun nahi hui?"

Rajveer listened carefully, his expression turning serious. "Hmm, fir apne kya kiya?"

Aarohi leaned in, her voice low. "Mujhe thoda ajeeb laga to maine unke kuch test kiye aur mujhe un bachon ke blood mein cocaine ke traces mile."

Rajveer's eyes widened in shock. "What! Cocaine... You mean unhe drug di gayi thi?"

Aarohi nodded, her expression grave. "I don't know kya, but yeh reports hain." She handed him the documents, her hands slightly trembling.

Rajveer scanned the report, his brow furrowing. "Baat to sahi hai. Mein grains aur pulses ko laboratory bhijwa dunga. Don't worry."

Aarohi felt a wave of relief wash over her. "Sir, ik aur baat... I think problem daalo ya sabji mein nahi, aata mein hai."

Rajveer considered her words, nodding slowly. "Mujhe bhi yahi lag raha tha. Waise, I must say, toofaan mail, tumhara dimaag kaafi tez hai."

Aarohi smiled proudly. "Tabhi to neurologist hoon, Mr. ACP."

Just then, their drinks arrived. "Yeh lo, aa gayi aapki cappuccino," Rajveer said, passing her the cup.

"Thank you," she replied, taking a sip and savoring the flavor.

Rajveer shifted the conversation to a serious note. "Aarohi, mujhe tumse kuch jaruri baat karni hai."

"Ji," she prompted, sensing the gravity in his voice.

Rajveer leaned closer, lowering his voice. "See, I know tum kabhi aise kisi case mein nahi pari, but yeh kaafi confidential matter hai. So I was saying, ho sakta hai, yeh sab kisi bari source se juda ho... drug dealing and all. So ghabrana mat, mein hoon yaha. Agar lage koi tumhe stalk kar raha hai, dhamki de raha hai, ya pareshaan kar raha hai, to tum pole station aa jana. Mujhe zaroor batana."

Aarohi nodded, her expression serious. "I understand. Agar meri jarurat pari to aap bhi bata dijiyega."

Rajveer reassured her, "You have my number na. Whenever something seems fishy, you can call me, even if it's not regarding this case."

Aarohi smiled, appreciating his concern. "Sure, Mr. ACP."

Rajveer broke the tension, asking, "To ab?"

Aarohi sighed, glancing at her watch. "Umm, ghar jana parega... Rash bhi nahi hai."

"Kaha hai woh?" Rajveer inquired, curious.

Aarohi sighed again, "Mumbai gayi hai. Mujhe promise karke khud chali gayi."

"Kya promise kar diya tumhe?" Rajveer asked, genuinely interested.

"Mujhe beach jana tha to usne promise kiya tha, but woh toh chali gayi. Pata hai, Rajveer, jabse yaha aayi hun, ik baar bhi beach pe nahi gayi. Jab plan bana to... never mind," she said, a hint of disappointment in her voice.

Rajveer considered her words for a moment. "Umm... If you don't mind, chalte hain."

Aarohi raised an eyebrow. "Kaha?"

"Ghar aur kaha?" Rajveer replied playfully, making her laugh.

Aarohi teased back, "Mujhe laga beach ke liye bol rahe ho."

Rajveer grinned, "Haan, chalo, aao, tumhe drop kar do."

Aarohi was taken aback. "Aap karenge mujhe drop?"

"Aur koi dikh raha hai kya?" he quipped.

"To aapko late nahi ho jayega?" she questioned, still surprised.

"I will manage," Rajveer assured her with a confident smile.

After they paid the bill, they left together, the atmosphere lightening. Rajveer dropped her off at her home, and as she opened the door, she turned back and asked, "Aaya chai coffee kuch?"

"Nahi, late ho raha hai. Fir kabhi," Rajveer replied, glancing at his watch.

"Ok, bye," Aarohi said, a small smile on her lips as they parted.

"Yeh tumhara phone," Rajveer reminded her, holding out the device she almost forgot.

"Oh haan... thank you," she replied, her cheeks flushing slightly.

"Welcome," Rajveer said with a warm smile before turning to leave, a sense of satisfaction settling over him.

As Aarohi closed the door, she couldn't shake off the feeling that this was just the beginning of something much deeper.
