2:00 am

If somebody entered the Straykids dorms at this time, they would see a certain sharp featured boy, with bunny like teeth, beautiful almond eyes and dark, silky hair staring at the ceiling above the room, hands crossed behind his head, one leg thrown carelessly over the other.

Lee Minho, was trying to sleep. Keyword: Trying. Something wasn't letting him. And you could see that in his eyes. They were blank; devoid of both warmth and emotion, as everyone had been noticing for the past few weeks.
If somebody saw him from afar, it would look like he was just staring at the bland, white ceiling. If you came closer, you would realise that it wasn't the ceiling he was staring at, but the thoughts inside him.

You see, Lee Minho had a secret. It was a secret he, admittedly, wasn't extremely proud of. But it was a secret that had done it's job well. This secret of his, had grown quietly on Minho for the past six months, slowly, silently, impeccably, until it became almost intolerable. But, as everyone and everything in the world has both it's positives and negatives, so did his secret. This secret of his was the reason Minho got out of bed everyday. It was the reason he got the motivation to choreograph and dance. It was the reason he was still sure that he hadn't gone completely numb under all the pressure yet. And, it was the reason, Minho knew he still had some feelings left inside of him.

Lee Minho's secret was punching walls.

Granted, it wasn't a good habit. Heck, it was a habit that shouldn't have ever become a habit in the first place! But, Minho couldn't grow out of it anymore. The mix of pain and pleasure obtained through this secret guilty pleasure of his was intoxicating. And additictive. It was like being able to rest for the first time after a long day of hard work. It was like the first burst of fresh air after being cooped up inside a house for too long. It was like a mixture of all the feelings you could never get enough of.

In other words, it was bliss.

But it didn't feel like bliss that night to Minho.

Usually buzzing with random dance moves and songs with which they could match, today Minho's mind was buzzing with a certain guilty memory of that morning he had hoped he wouldn't get such frequent flashbacks of.

"Hey Minho hyung!" Jisung burst into Minho's room startling the older who was sitting on a corner of his bed, seemingly wrapping something around his right hand. On hearing the younger's voice, Minho jumped up, hastily hiding his hand behind his back as he gazed up at Jisung with wide, surprised eyes.
"U-uh Jisung! Wha-what are you doing here?"
Jisung looked suspicious for a second seeing the older's panicked response but smiled nevertheless. "I was bored, so thought of visiting you."
"Ohh"

Was it just Jisung's imagination or did Minho look relieved??

"Well..... sit down then" Minho scooted over, making space for Jisung to sit beside him. Jisung obliged, walking over to the bed when something on the wall next to the full body mirror caught his eye.

"W-what are you standing there for?" Minho asked, nervously as he watched Jisung halt abruptly right next to his mirror. Instead of answering Jisung just looked confused.

"What's this mark, hyung?"

Minho hesitantly got up from his seat on the bed, walking over to the younger who was examining a dark stain on the wall.

Minho sucked in a breath. His bruised knuckles suddenly began throbbing painfully.

He gulped as he felt Jisung's intense gaze rake across his body, giving him the feeling of being X-rayed, as if with one pull all his secrets could unravel out of him.
