Chapter 14: now that I've got your number, I can finally start texting you and making you mine

The best part of being in a hostel was the weekends itself.  I can peacefully wake up late and do whatever i want by myself. Basically, i use the day for some 'me-time'.

However, today wasn't those usual me time days. Thanks to a certain someone coming over mine', i had to get dressed, prepare myself for the project, and even organise my house since it's usually messy. Today wasn't going to be the day. God, why can't i be left alone itself?

Maybe since god is commanding me to socialise, i should really go reply to some texts and check our school forum to see if theres any rumor going on. I mean there's no one to tell me anything anymore.

As i go through my phone, I see a lot of unopened messages that i was too lazy to check. Oh! I see something unfamilar. A random number texting me?!

Okay, reading all those responses makes me weirded out. Like really weirded out. My friends are also shipping me with him which is definitely not a part of the legacy. And about what Hao said, that was truly asshole of him. If he surely thinks he wants the best for me, then why is he trying to warn Matthew to not date me when all I've been is a walking green flag? Why can't I go mingle with Matthew, why is he suddenly being so controlling? If we aren't boyfriends anymore, then who is he to fiddle in and say shit about the friendship of me and him. Besides, I think what Matthew said was right. If he wanted the best for me, he could've given me the best.
