Now It's Time For The Sports Festival

The race was annoying. Izuku had no quirk to help and those who did were too stupid to use them correctly. He shouldn't complain, though. He may not have a quirk, but he is fast, agile, and strong.

Once Todoroki froze the robots, Izuku was able to grab a chunk of metal from them. He was sure it would come in handy.

Next up was the gap. It was far, but not too far. He was able to jump the distance from platform to platform. By the time he got to the mines, he wasn't too far from Katsuki and Todoroki. Now was the perfect time to use that chunk of metal.

Katsuki and Todoroki were within jumping range. Perfect.

Izuku threw the chunk of metal in the middle of the two competitors causing them to stop and have to recover from the sudden explosion. Before they could recover, Izuku jumped and landed on their heads. He then jumped off their heads in a way that pushed them back into another mine. Izuku landed perfectly in an empty space before jumping to the end of the minefield where he easily came in first.

"How on Earth can you do half the things you do? Are you sure you don't have a quirk?" Katsuki panted.

"Yeah, I have the pinkie joint to prove it." Izuku pointed at his feet.

"So you're just a freak?"

"Rude."

"How did you cross the chasm? Especially with that big ass metal thing you were carrying."

"I jumped."

"You are absolutely terrifying."

"I told you my workout routine. You could be freaky too."

"That's not a workout routine, it's actual torture. Your dad's training is brutal enough then you add your own tortuous training? No thanks."

"Suit yourself."

"Do we have a plan?" Uraraka asked.

"Yes. We run away. Katsuki is definitely going to go after us and Todoroki probably will, too." Izuku stated his brave plan.

His brave plan worked for the most part. Todoroki ended up grabbing the ten million with a minute and a half left. That's ok because Izuku already made a backup plan.

"Mei, do you have some type of explosive? One that's not too powerful, but will break ice?" Izuku asked.

"Why, of course I do!" Izuku could hear her crazy grin.

"Keep the detonator. It's best if you hang on to it to blow it up when I need you to." Izuku took the small bomb. "Uraraka can you make me float and can Dark Shadow throw me to Todoroki?"

"Yeah/that seems doable." They agreed.

Izuku felt Uraraka's hand on his back before feeling as light as a feather. He then signaled for Dark Shadow to throw him. He landed right on Todoroki's back and used one arm to hang on to his back and the other hand to grab several bands.

"What- what are you doing Izuku?!" Todoroki yelled.

"Riding you." Izuku laughed before realizing what he said. "That's not how I meant it!"

Izuku tried to kick off of Todoroki, but he was frozen by the ice. That's when the bomb went off. It shattered the ice and left a burning feeling in his hand. The moment he was free, he floated into the air and the timer went off. Todoroki still had the ten million, but Izuku grabbed enough to score third place.

Izuku felt heavier and quickly fell. He was caught by his team who were cheering and oh so happy. They had done it. They were in the lead for most of the time before coming in dead last then miraculously grabbing enough points to move on to the third round.
