=============================================================

Y/n hasn't been at the ORC in a week.

He's been getting more and more reports on multiple fronts that he has been working on. Saydhi, the Vault of Tears, the arranged marriage Rias was in, and discovering more of his past from Zeoticus, who had been scouring his history books to see if anything would pop out for Y/n.

Saydhi had a multitude of hideouts that she would use, and Lelindre would lead an attack to destroy each one. But there was one that Saydhi stayed at that Y/n's spies couldn't find. Either it was really well hidden, or it was in a spot that they never bothered to check, but Y/n knew that she was stationed somewhere in Japan.

The Vault of Tears was under his control once more. Raidriar and Zuorsara went there first to meet with Thane, and he was quite understanding that Ausar wanted his fortress back. Thane vowed to serve Ausar as he did in the Great War, and would try to help rebuild his former army to its glory from the Vault itself. Thane had listed all of the assets to the fortress, and mentioned a room that didn't seem to have been opened since the Great War, and didn't know how to open it. Y/n would think about this room later, for it wasn't of any importance yet since he wasn't there.

The news within the arranged marriage was brought to Y/n gave him much more insight as to whom he was dealing with. Y/n was brought so much information about Riser and his peerage that he could make an entire plan so he could beat all of them single-handedly. But he knew there was a better plan that would work even more in his favor, and would help reveal himself to the devil society.

Then there was Zeoticus who was helping him regain his memories of devils from the Great War. Many of the ones that Ausar made friends with were either dead or no where to be found, but there were survivors that were more than willing to meet with him if they were to set up a meeting so that way this process would be accelerated. Y/n wouldn't bother with it, since it would take so much time, and kept moving on to the next devil that Zeoticus had on his list.

Y/n decided that he needed a break so he could calm down from everything that had been going on. The first thing he did was walk around the grounds of the Dark Citadel, and further away from it. The further he went, the more he felt as if someone was following him. Seeing a rocky terrain, he made irregular moves and tried to hide from his pursuer, trying to catch them off guard. Once he did, he waited.

He only heard a voice that was starting to panic, "Oh where did he go? I can't lose him, it's my job not to lose him! Did he go this way, or this way? Oh no this can't be good."

The voice sounded robotic, with the sound of mechanics getting closer and closer to him. Once it was within reach, Y/n spun out of his cover and grabbed whatever it was that was pursuing him, and slammed it against the rocky wall. That was when Y/n realized that it was a robot of some sort.

"What the hell are you," Y/n asked.

"Oh, there you are. I was getting worried that I had lost you," the robot sounded relieved, "Oh, you asked a question. Release me and I shall introduce myself."

Y/n did so and let the robot stand up on its four limbs as if it were a dog, "My name is TEL, and I was assigned by the Worker of Secrets to watch over you everytime you were alone without your armies or other Deathless."
