Pslam 9: Rescued Us

And guys, this probably isn't what happens in the music world, but let's say it does in the future, okay?

The video on side is from Kekkai Sensen. I really love this show!(you can tell by my background pic) It's an anime, and this is the ending song. The lyrics later are in tune to it. I haven't done one of these in a while, so sorry for forgetting!

Intrigued, everyone waited for Neutron to talk. She grinned, and said, "You guys better thank me for this, but I just signed you guys up with Izumi Mashima!"

Vlad and I were terribly confused, but Reiji and Ikuto started cheering. Even Anubis was smiling.

Izumi Mashima?! As in, the music producer? That's so awesome!!!!

Oh, thanks Reiji. Wow, we finally get to show our own music to a professional! We're going to share our love about God sooner than we know it! That is pretty exciting.

But isn't he noted for cheating young musicians and bands out of money?

"Cheating? You really mean that Daichi?" Oops, everyone is staring at me; I guess that I said that out loud.

Neutron finally frowned and grimly nodded. "Unfortunately, yes. But he was the only one who'd accept a newbie team. Although..." She grinned again. "I have a plan that would need you and you to work on your powers."

And of course, the power she pointed to were me and Vlad.

Izumi

I have never heard of these guys.

First of all, the manager is named Neu Age (maybe a Japanese name? It sure is common in this area).

And also, the kids are nineteen; even if they graduated at the minimum age of sixteen and had the typical two years of college, they're fresh.

Why would I sign them up? I'm only trying them out cause people in the neighborhood had been talking about them. So when their manager asked, I told her to come here in two days. Let's see what they can make up in that time.

As they came in, I discovered that the only girl was the singer out of a group of five, which is what people get typically excited about. And one of the boys was a violinist, so people could be interested in something new.

So externally, they're not too bad. But what about internally, with their music?

I put them in a room and the manager and I stood outside watching them through a glass window. "What is your song called?"

"Err, Rescued Us." The girl seemed nervous, but those could be done away with.

They finished setting up. "Start!"

The tune was upbeat, and the girl went in after the first four counts:
