Psalm 14: Gentle and Quiet Spirit

1 Peter 3: 3-4

Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.

"This is Halloween, Halloween, Halloween." Vlad said around the inn. It was already annoying after two minutes. I understand the historical reference, but it was still annoying. Thankfully, it was Sunday, and I was over, so I covered my ears. I was also thankful he wasn't singing.

"Oh yeah, it's Halloween." Really, Ikuto, you forgot?

Neutron raised her hand. "I wanna go trick or treating! And let's go in pairs of we do!"

I guess no one minded on that. Everyone under the age of twenty five goes candy hunting nowadays.

Neutron continued on. "I'm going with Vlad. And Ikuto should go with Elsa."

Elsa and Ikuto looked at each other. "Why us?" Ikuto asked.

"Well, you know the city very well, and you're the most comfortable with her, so you'll guys won't get lost. I can't go because I already told Mrs Luther that I'll open for trick or treaters with Vlad."

Makes sense. Wait that means I'm paired up with....

Anubis looked at me with horror. Oh, that look is so cute!

I smiled. Well, I might as well give Neutron a reward, since she gave me happiness.

I went over to the piano and started to play it a little. It was just a little spell that I know Neutron would like.

"I'm not thinking about what you're doing." Neutron said, then covered her mouth. "My tsunderitis... How..."

"I did a spell that could get rid of tsunderitis until midnight."

Neutron looked at me, shocked, so I answered for her. "You're welcome."

My tsunderitis... Gone? Why didn't he do that before? But then again, Daichi probably didn't see a reason to do it until now. Seriously, I didn't expect him to do this though, or even that he had a spell to get rid of it for a while. But... I had a reason for partners, and it wasn't that.

Elsa and I were trying to figure out Halloween costumes a few days back. And since I was determined to help Elsa with love, I decided to just ask her right away."Say Elsa .... Do you like anybody?"

To my surprise, she flinched. I grinned, having my suspicions. Hugging her from behind, I said, "You do! Who is it?"

"I..." That was the first time I saw Elsa flustered. "... Well, if I had to say, I guess it's be Ikuto. He's becoming even more likable nowadays."

I nod. "I guess he's handsome. But I'm going to bring you too together! And I have the perfect costume!" I whispered to her the idea.

I never seen any one blush so hard. "No! I couldn't wear something like that!"

"Too bad! It's part of my plan!" I grinned sinisterly.

But she smiled a little sinister. "In that case, I found the perfect Halloween costume for you!" She whispered the idea to me.

I guess that I blushed very hard for the first time. "There's no way I'll wear that!"

"I'll wear the costume if you do. Besides, Vlad would really like it."
