It was the day of Christmas Eve and also a week until your boyfriends birthday. You all huddled around together at the maid café, as the colourful red and green lights shined brightly around the store.

It was a cold morning which is why Lisa decided that it would be perfect to give out free hot chocolate.

      "Lisa- this is absolutely amazing! And I love the whipped cream Santa!" Jean said as she held her mug tightly in her hands.

      "Thank you! I got the help of all my staff so you should praise them as well! Ah, I wish those girls were here to try some of this.." Lisa said as she frowned.

      "Are you talking about Noelle and Barbara?" You asked as you added some decorative sprinkles on your drink.

      "Yes! Are they at school?"

      "Yes, they're coming back in the evening to celebrate with all of us." Signora said as she drank her hot chocolate and smiled.

      "Oh, it's alright. I'll make extra for them!" Lisa smiled as she was hollered to another table of cheerful and festive customers. You glanced at Donna to see that she had been staring at her mug and frowning. You scouted near her.

      "Hey.. is everything okay?" You asked as everyone around the table looked at her with concern.

      "Mm.. yeah." You all looked at each other before Rosaria spoke up.

      "Hey, dilucs in a Christmas hat.." she said as she nudged the woman who just sighed.

      "Oh.. yeah." You all stared at one another in shock as this was unusual for her. Her lively and overly dramatic attitude was no where to be in sight. It was as she disappeared completely. Signora who was sitting on her left placed her hand on the younger woman's shoulder.

      "Donna.. do you want to talk about it?" She only shook her head and leaned against the platinum blonde woman's shoulder.

      "No.."

      "Is it about Diluc..?" Jean asked and Donna went silent before nodding. You all looked at each other before standing up.

      "Hey, let's go to the tattoo parlour! I heard sucrose baked Christmas cookies. And from I've heard, she's a really good baker!" You said as everyone nodded.

"That's a wonderful idea! Let's go Donna!" Jean said as she took Donnas hand in hers and gently guided her to the front door.

"But I don't want cookies.."

"You can make fun of Albedo's art?"

"Alright, let's go." You all waved at Lisa before stepping out as you noticed Zhongli who smiled at you in confusion, wondering why you were leaving so early.

"We're going to the tattoo parlour" you mouthed before Zhongli nodded. You wanted to wave him good bye but accidentally and without realizing, you blew him a kiss instead. Embarrassed you quickly ran out before seeing his reaction.

As you stepped out, some snowflakes gently fell on you as everyone looked back to see you come outside. "Hey, I heard what happened to Zhongli yesterday. Is he okay now?" Signora asked, one of her arms were wrapped around Donna, lending her some of the warmth of her black fur coat as the brunette had not enough on.

"Yeah, he's bett-" before you could finish, the door quickly swung open as Zhongli walked out, carrying a beautiful scarf in his hands. He smiled at you before walking up to all five of you.

"It's cold out.. I don't want you to catch a cold." He said as he gently drapped the thick fabric around your neck as everyone smiled at the two of you.
