     "Then she threw the scarf at Sucrose.. I felt bad but it was kind of funny.." you said as you were busy putting fans into boxes, packing it up and putting them on shelves.

     "That is funny! I would have laughed in her face" Signora said as she sat on a fancy chair that had a cushion under it. She sat there looking pretty as always as she scrolled on her phone, laughing with you. "Their spring collection was super ugly though.. at least.. what's her name again?"

     "Ningguang" You said as you carried a box. You gently placed it onto the metal shelves, making sure that nothing would fall or break.

     "At least Ningguang has taste- wait.. no she doesn't because she bought the damn scarf.. ha! What a loser.. and she only switched up when she heard YOU say all that?"

     "Yup- she's not a LOSER though, I mean.. I think you two would get along. She actually buys the REAL stuff.."

     "What are you trying to say huh?"

     "Nothing.." you laughed as you nervously kept doing your work.

     "Not everything I buy is fake okay? It's only that purse and.. maybe a few heels. Everything else is real! And my taste in fashion is extremely superior. Ugh, I should have been a model.. I would get to wear pretty clothes all day long.."

     "Yeah, you really should have! But you still wear nice things." Signora laughed as she fixed her hair.

     "I do.." you finished taping another box up as you placed it onto another shelf that was empty. "Anyways, where's your boyfriend?"

     "He's.. at work? I don't really know his schedule but I'm pretty sure he's working."

     "Did he text you yet?" You looked at your bag and buried your hand into it, trying to look for your phone. You pulled it out once you found it and opened it to his contact.

     "Oh.. he did."

Signora peered over your shoulder and frowned. "Why the hell does he use emojis like that.. is it satire or.."

     "I don't think it is.." You smiled awkwardly at her and looked back at the message.

     "Can I type something?"

     "No."

     "Why not?"

     "Because I know you're gonna say something mean to hurt his feelings." Signora gasped dramatically.

     "You know me so well!" She said laughing.

     "Are you falling for him.."

     "What? No. I just think he's nice. He needs to fall for ME! Soo, I'll wait for that to happen. In the meantime I'll keep playing nice and sweet so he likes me more."

     "Yeah.. oh, he responded."
