Buck pov

Me and Eddie walk back into the station i notice hen staring at us from upstairs.

She starts walking down the stairs as Eddie goes up.

Hen says hi to Eddie when they pass each other on the stairs.

Hen starts walking towards me.

When she gets to me she grabs my arm in a firm grip.

"Hen what the hell let go?!" I say.

"Ill let go only if you promise to follow me."

"Why does everyone want me to follow them today."

"You didnt answer my question."

"Ok hen yes ill follow you. Just let go."

She lets go of my arm and starts walking. I follow behind her to have her not grab my arm again.

We go into the locker room and she sits on the bench.

"Where did you go with him? I thought you hated him?"

"He forced me to follow him."

"How'd he force you?"

"The same way you forced me to come with you just now."

"What did he want?"

"Remember the other day the call with the patient who had been struck with a piece of grenade and then turns out the piece could explode at any minute? Yeah well when we were in that ambulance together we got in a fight. So today he made me go with him so i could explain why i was actually mad at him instead of giving some stupid petty made up reason."

"And how did that go?"

"I think it went fine."

"Why was your face so red when you came back in?"

"Wow change of topic ok uhh because we were in his truck and it was very hot."

"Right ok."

"Why are you asking?"

"Just curious."

"Ok im going to try and talk to Bobby again so ill see you later."

"Good luck hes been upset with everyone all day. I dont think its just you Buck."

"I think im the biggest part of the reason."

I walk out of the locker room and head upstairs.

I see chimney and Eddie sitting on the couch watching some show on tv both of them on their phones not really paying attention.

"Where's Bobby?" I ask out loud hoping for either of them to answer me.

Chimney just looks behind him with an annoyed glance at me.

Then Eddie starts talking.

"Uhhh not sure maybe his office I haven't seen him in a while."

"Thanks Eddie ill go check."

I start walking down the stairs to go look in caps office.

Chimney pov

"You and buck are talking now?"

"Kind of."

"Since when?"

"Since about 5 minutes ago."

"What?"

"We went and had a conversation and we both apologized and since then those are the first words we've spoken to each other but it seems to be going well. I think."

"Well thats good. I think."

"Yeah i think so too."

Buck pov

I walk down the stairs to go find Bobby. I knock on his office door.

"If you are buck go away if its anyone else come in."

I go in anyway.

"Buck what part of if youre buck go away dont you understand?" Bobby says sounding understandably annoyed.

"Bobby please i just want to apologize."

"Buck no."

"Bobby?"

"Im going to say something i regret if you dont leave." Bobby says to me

"I got over it."

"Buck out."

"Me and Eddie are good now."

"Buck." Bobby says sounding like hes warning me.

"We talked."

"Buck i swear if you don't leave in the next five seconds you aren't going to be able to come to work for a few days."

"You don't have that kind of power Bobby."

"Buck get out."

"Bobby talk to me."

"Buck whats there to talk about."

"Bobby you know exactly what there is to talk about."

"Buck im really not in the mood."

"I dont care you never will be so now is better than never. And i cant go any longer with you ignoring me."

"Im ignoring everyone buck not just you. Its not always about you." That hurt me a bit more than it should've.

I walk out of the office not saying anything more.

Maybe that wasnt the best idea.

I go look around to find hen.

Eventually i find her.

"Hey im going home im not feeling good I might see you guys tomorrow but if you could tell bobby if he comes looking for me that'd be great thanks."

"Buck wait."

I don't stop i keep walking to my locker.

Once i get there i open it take my stuff out and start walking out of the station.

Hen is still following me. 

"Buck stop."

I ignore her and keep walking.

I eventually get to my car and get in. Before i  can start it and drive away hen is in my passenger seat.

"Buck what happened?"

"Nothing i told you im just not feeling good."

"Even when you aren't feeling good you still stay at work that's how stubborn you are."

"Well today is different im not staying im trying something new."

"Buck talk to me."

"I dont think thats a good idea right now hen. Maybe I'll see you tomorrow."

"Buck please."

"Hen no."

"What happened with Bobby."

"Nothing i couldn't even find him."

"Youre a terrible liar buck."

"Im not lying."

"Buck i saw you come out of his office."

"Hen he didnt do anything im fine now just let me go home."

"Im calling Maddie."

"She'll know im home she didnt go to work today."

"Im still calling her buck."

"Ok whatever just let me go."

Hen gets out of the car and walks back into the station.

I start the drive home listening to music not as loud as usual but still loud enough for me to hear it.
