Chaerin sighed and seriously spoke "I have made a decision."

"Yes?" Jungkook asked. He couldn't recall the last time when his mother has spoke in a serious manner to him.

"My dear little baby son is best, I have decided that I will never disown you. You have proved today that you are my son. Even if your beautiful flower like mommy divorces your old daddy, then also she will not abandon you. I am really proud of you because of what you did with that Hanbin guy. You should have burnt him alive or peeled his skin but still you are an amateur after all. No worries, mommy will teach you later," she squealed.

Before Jungkook could say anything, the poor Old Master Jeon who was sitting beside his daughter-in-law choked on his tea and started coughing profusely.

Jungkook knew that his grandfather was just a bit mortified after listening to his mother's long speech. He quickly put his phone on speaker and started doing his work on the laptop.

Chaerin patted the old man's back as she said "Father, men of your age are getting married and having so many children. Yet, here you are, being like this over a tea."

Jeon Huizong: "_" He quickly glanced around and sighed in relief when he noticed that Old Mrs. Mo was not present there. His daughter-in-law would surely make his wife divorce him, one day.

He frowned "Chaerin, what are you saying? Your mother-in-law would leave me if she hears this."

"It's alright, father. Did I say something wrong? If you feel like you both are not compatible then you can file for a divorce with mother and I will find a suitable partner for you," Chaerin said happily.

The poor old man quickly shook his head "No need, we are very much compatible.Tell me one thing Chaerin, why are you so happy to see Hanbin in such condition? I can never understand both of you. You mother and son surely think alike. Hanbin is your nephew and Yuhan's cousin after all."

"Humph! He is my distant nephew and my son's distant cousin," her eyes turned cold as she added "Father, do you think I'm evil to say like this? Yes, I'm evil. A ruler should be cruel enough or else he can never survive in this world. Do you think that Hanbin guy was upto any good? No! Ever since he was a child, he tried to frame and harm Jin because he knew that Jin was the future CEO of Lee Corps. I have forgiven him countless times but his greed for power always keeps on increasing. Still, I made him the V.P of Lee Corps in the hope that he will rectify his faults but it never happened. And this time, he has crossed all limits."

Old Master Jeon agreed to what she said. He nodded "What has he done this time?"

"Well, father, I don't know about that but I trust my baby little son. Do you think Jungkook will harm him if he had not committed some grave crime? I never doubt my little darling son's decisions," her face suddenly turned fierce as she added "This is a ruthless world and one must be ruthless to cope with it. If you throw a lion in a pack of wolves, he will return leading the pack. Poor wolves right? My son is not someone to be trifled with. Since that Feng guy provoked my son, my son just showed him who is the king."

As Chaerin spoke, a royal aura started emanating from her. The aura that was quite familiar as it is possessed by Jungkook.

Old Master Jeon could see glimpses of Jungkook in Chaerin. Both mother and son really think alike. No wonder his grandson is so cold and aloof.

But one could see the unveiled pride in his eyes. He was proud of her. He considered himself lucky to have such an amazing daughter-in-law who is more than his own daughter to him.

Jungkook's lips curved up a little when he heard what his mother said. He wanted to hang up when she started talking to his grandfather. But then again, he knew that his mother would surely throw a tantrum if he hangs up on her.

"Well, darling son, tell mommy, where are you right now?" Chaerin asked sweetly as she was extremely pleased with her son. If it was before, Jungkook would have disconnected the call but right now, he didn't do that. It must be because of her beloved daughter-in-law who not only brought good luck but also a good amount of EQ to her son.

"Office," Jungkook replied.

"Well, my dear little baby boy, mommy wants to know what exactly that Lee guy do? Mommy is simply curious, you know!"

Jungkook explained the whole situation briefly and said how Hanbin misbehaved with his Lili.

Chaerin's face turned frigid as she said "What? That scoundrel did all this to my baby daughter-in-law. My little girl must be traumatized by all that. You should have killed that moron. How dare he try to lay his eyes on my precious beloved treasure. What if it impacts my babygirl's brain? What will happen if she decides to leave you because you have such a jerk as your distant cousin. No..No..No. Jungkook, you dare to go to office? You should be staying beside her and coaxing her to make her feel better. I will visit my babygirl soon. And you, Jungkook, listen to me carefully. If my little daughter-in-law becomes upset, then I will not think twice to break off all my ties with you and disown you. You are such a disappointment."

After reprimanding her son, Chaerin immediately hung up without waiting for his reply. The phone call that started with the note 'my son is best and I'll never abandon you', it ended with the conclusion 'You are such a disappointment, I'll disown you without thinking twice'.

Who will tell Chaerin that her so called 'little babygirl' was enjoying Hanbin's condition. Was she someone who will be damaged for a man like Hanbin? Infact, the current Lisa could make anyone go through a trauma in the blink of an eye.

But the mother and son consider her as a fragile precious glass rose which will break if she is not taken care of. Jungkook unconditionally doted on Lisa and Chaerin was the same.

Chaerin had not met Lisa till now. She had once heard her voice on phone. Her giggles were like tinkling of a bell which can make one's heart calm. And Chaerin's instict was telling her that her daughter-in-law was definitely a special person. She eagerly wanted to meet her in person.
