dear diary,

jin agreed to come over when i texted him and he came over today.

when i first opened the door, i was so happy to see him that i threw my arms around him and gave him the biggest hug i'd ever given him.

"kim seokjin! you came!"

yes, i was so happy i said his full name.

"hi, kim jisoo! i said i'd come, didn't i?"

after we greeted each other, we went to sit on the couch. i started to properly talk and vent to him.

"i am going to kill that bitch," he said. "how dare she come into your life and date you for 11 years, and then just cheat!?"

"please jin... don't get so angry... i get why she fell out of love with me." i said.

he looked at me and placed his hand on my shoulder.

"my dear little sister, she had absolutely no right to do this to you. you mustn't just let her get away with it."

"seokjin, i'm still in love with jennie... i can't bring myself to hate her..."

"you don't have to hate her, but she doesn't deserve your love."

my eyes filled up with tears. as usual, jin saw right through me and hugged me.

"it's okay, jisoo. just cry."

all this hugging, crying and venting went on for what seemed like forever. hours ended up passing and jin had to leave.

i opened the front door for him.

"thanks jisoo, and remember, jennie isn't worth it. you can miss her, but be glad you are no longer dating a cheater." he said.

"thanks jin, i love you so much."

"i love you too."

and with that, he left.

i might try my best to think about jin's words. i may miss jennie, but she was a cheater. she wasn't honest with me... i should be glad...
