".....-oki....!"

!!

...What?! Where am I?!

Jolting awake, I struggled to catch my breath as I observed my surroundings.

I spotted the Angel Devil, staring at me with pitying eyes.

....Oh right. I was on a mission to kill Katana man....

While my eyes wandered around, I surprisingly didn't notice that a person was next to me. Sitting side by side in our little row of seats, we met eyes and the black-haired hunter greeted me softly.

"...Yoimiya." Aki whispered. He reached out his hand to me—a handkerchief with a cold plastic bottle all in his grasp.

"Wha.... What time is it...?" I asked him.

I think I fell asleep very heavy, even though all I wanted was a light nap....

"It's been three hours since we arrived. We're getting ready to deploy soon."

Gulping, I gave him a nod as thanks, and I accepted the items Aki had handed me. I use the handkerchief to wipe off my sweat, and down a couple sips of water.

..I feel like I remembered something bad.... even if I wanted to or not.

"Yoimiya.... You were calling my name weirdly in your sleep." Aki observed. I look the other way, and think about myself.

Ah. Junoki is probably who I'm thinking about....

Lately... I've been having troubles... losing to Katana man, and even Kurose. I don't normally get rough sleeps, but when I do-- all I remember is that awful dream.

I can't forgive myself for killing him, and it was my fault Kenji and Shinobu died...

"You must have misheard or something..." I tried to shake off. Aki paused, and eventually ended up sighing.

"...It's alright, I won't pry." Aki reassured me. Causing me to soften my posture in my seat.

As I begin to relax, I notice that everybody begins to move towards the exit.

"It's time." Aki grumbled. I nodded and stretched out my arms.

"Alright."

...Round two. I'm gonna kill you, Katana man.

"Zombie! Zombie!"

I opened the door, and it reeked of death. Molding and rotten flesh stunk up the room, not to forget combined with... this shark man's smell.

"KYAHAHAHA! IT'S ALL YOU CAN EAT!"

The shark fiend jumped into a crowd of zombies, and he transformed, biting the heads off multiple zombies.

"Jeez." I mumbled. As I go to pull out my bow, I pause.

...I'll save it for Katana.

A zombie looked at me stupidly, so I make a finger gun and point it at him.

"Bakuhatsu Hanabi."

Splat!

Just like that, his head exploded into a red color. Not blood, but a tiny firework.

I continued to do this for several zombies.

"S-Stay away!" Kobeni screamed. I look her way, and I noticed a zombie about to attack her. I shoot the enemy, and Kobeni falls on her butt.
