Poison was so caught up in her thoughts, that she didn't realise they had already reached the library.

She ignored the conversation going on between the dragons in the library. She said a faint hello to Starflight, which she doubted he heard, and went to one of the back most shelves, picking up one of the scrolls. Anyone passing by would think she was reading, when in reality she was gathering all her thoughts.

"Stop thinking so hard," Tulip scolded, getting off Poison's head, and sitting cross legged in front of her. Tulip knew that if she allowed Poison to keep thinking she would have probably spent her whole day in here, not that Poison minded, but Tulip certainly did.

"After dropping such a huge fireball on me, you seriously expect me not to be worried?" Poison replied back in a calm voice, complete opposite to what she was actually feeling.

"Honesty, it ain't such a big deal, chill Dumbledore, chill," Tulip replied, moving her hand in a dismissive manner and went to arrange the scrolls near her.

"Not a big deal? Mind readers can read our minds. What if she is reading my mind right now and knows all of my secrets?" Poison said twisting the black ring in her front left talon. Her mind rushed through all of her bad memories, all of her secrets, no matter how much she tried to stop them, they kept on coming.

It soon became too much and made her feel like her mind was going to explode. She closed her eyes and started taking deep breaths. The feeling of Tulip rubbing her front talons and saying soothing words to her slowly relaxed her. Poison gradually opened her eyes and muttered a small 'thank you' to Tulip.

"Ah ha! there you are!" Poison heard a voice say behind her causing her to jump a little. She turned around to see Kinkajou standing behind her with the smile that never seemed to leave her face. "Come on me and Moon are going to the prey centre."

She bounced away and Poison slowly got up, waiting for Tulip to properly climb on, before following the energetic RainWing.

As they grew closer to the prey centre Poison noticed Moon wincing. Poison was confused for some time, before concluding that Moon probably hadn't developed her powers well enough to be able to block out the thoughts of others. But before Poison was able to voice her thoughts to Tulip, Kinkajou rushed over to a pile of fruits near the river, dragging them along with her.

There Poison found a dull looking RainWing eating papayas. Kinkajou introduced him as one of her friends. Which wasn't really a surprise because that girl could become friends with almost anyone and everyone.

Poison stood aside watching Kinkajou and Moon making small talk with the boy. She didn't bother to introduce herself, but when Clay came over, she was sure to greet the friendly MudWing, considering ever since they met, Clay had been nothing but kind to her.

All of a sudden Moon staggered backwards, crushing the mangoes in her talons, and splattering the bright yellowish orange pulp all over Kinkajou and Coconut. Poison and Tulip, fortunately were able to avoid the substance, considering they were a good distance away from Moon.

A loud commotion started around the prey centre, causing Poison and Tulip to look at each other with confusion. But soon the confusion went away when Poison realised what was happening. The reason for the commotion made her feel sick in the stomach.

An innocent little scavenger was being chased by hungry dragons.

Poison's eyes hardened because no way as hell was, she going to stand by and watch the poor guy get killed.

She quickly handed Tulip over to Kinkajou and zoomed forward with full force. She grabbed the scavenger and held it gently in her talons.

She could tell that the poor guy was traumatized and probably thought that he was going to get eaten by her. The sight of him trembling made Poison want to brutally murder everyone in the cave. But for his sake, she calmed herself down and started talking to poor creature in a soothing voice, trying to calm the little guy down. To her surprise it worked. He stopped struggling and looked at Poison with his big eyes.
