~Third Person POV~
"Hey Darling, apparently the Queen wants me to have a little chat with her. So, pa- oh. Why am I not surprised to see you with your stuff already packed?" Poison said when she saw Tulip come out of my room.
Tulip had her little bag which she carried with her whenever we had to leave to deal with some business. Poison and Tulip are basically opposites when it came to packing. Tulip made sure everything is neat and organised while Poison just chucked everything in my bag.
"Poison dear, I am always prepared. Also why is that dragon with clearly no sense of fashion at all staring at me? Like I know I am beautiful, but seriously," Tulip commented flipping her brown locks, and posing. She looked absolutely ridiculous and adorable at the same time.
Poison rolled her eyes at her and turned around to see the pale-yellow dragon looking at them with confusion and curiosity. Wouldn't blame him, it isn't every day you see a dragon conversing with a scavenger, now, is it?
"Tulip meet dragon with no fashion sense who's name I definitely know. Hey, stop looking at me like that! And zero fashion sense boy, meet my little friend, Tulip," Poison said looking at the stated dragon when she said the last sentence.
"Zero fashion sense boy?! I'll let you know I have a great sense in fashion, Miss-who-introduces-her-'little-friend'-before-introducing-herself," he bit back, clearly offended. "Also, my name is Qibli, now can please have the pleasure of knowing your name?"
'Oh, so he does have some fire in him. Nic- wait what did he just say?'
"Wait, so you're telling me that you, Mister, came to get me without knowing my name? No wonder y'all call me 'Miss'," Poison said not knowing if she should laugh or be weirded out. Everyone else that came after me always knew her name or at least the name she went by on the battle field. "Anyways, darling this cute dragon in front of you is called Poison."
Poison held in a laugh when she saw a little blush appear on his cheeks.
There's one thing everyone should know about Poison. She can be a huge flirt/tease once she becomes comfortable with someone. Well, once she knows that the dragon isn't a threat to her and Tulip.
"How come a cutie like you, has such a poisonous name?" Qibli fired back with a grin, recovering from his flustered state.
'Oh my. Not only is he cute, but also a decent flirt? Damn, it must be my lucky day.' Poison bit back a smile, realising that she might have found a worthy opponent.
"Damn hot stuff, nice pun. And if you must know, I might be gorgeous and all, but you really wouldn't want to get on my bad side. I can be much more dangerous than poison when I want to be," Poison warned him, barely being able to control her laughter when she saw him put his guard back up at her last sentence. "Relax, I'm not going to hurt you. I was just giving you a heads up. No need to be so uptight serious, it attracts less girls," Poison said adding a wink at the end, enjoying the reaction she got in return.
"If you have finished tormenting the poor dragon, can you please help me in carrying mine AND your bags? Imma sure that the unfortunate dragons outside are gonna wake up anytime now," Tulip retorted. Only then did Poison realise that Tulip had packed all of the important stuff while she was busy chatting with Qibli.
Yes, she was simply chatting. Plus, like Poison stated before, Tulip was the organised one while she was the messier one. Poison usually left the packing and unpacking to her.
"Thanks, sweetie," Poison said, while picking up the bags and her too. She placed Tulip in the middle of her horns, like always. It gave Tulip something to hold onto. Poison waited for Tulip to find a comfortable spot before she turned back towards Qibli.
