Chapter 1

"Robots... ATTACK!!!"

The madman shouted the order out loud and all the robots start charging the heroes. The echidna used his bare hand punching the coming robots.

"You know these robots can not even compared to a punching bag, I still don't get why he still doing this."

"Maybe he still have his hope, but I'm can say he have seen this coming." The bat answered.

A pink hedgehog waved her hammer destroying the robots, "Sometimes this is got me annoying"

"And waste of the times." The black hedgehog go along with her.

"But if we don't stop him, he'll destroy the whole city!" A yellow fox warned the company.

The blue hedgehog spin dash at several robots then stand back to the team, "Well too bad he won't have any chance for that."

After a few minutes all the robots had been destroyed, the madman growled and shouted before retreat. "This is not over yet!! I will be back with my great invention, and I will destroy you next time, Sonic!!"

"Sure I'll be waiting." The blue hedgehog answered back. The team head back to the house which is two best friends' house, they sat on the couch then the echidna opened his mouth, "I hope he will really give me some exercise next time, I started to feel bored each time we fight." "Then you're going to be disappointed Knuckles, if I guess it right next time will be better but not so much than this time." The fox broke the bubbles. "Well at least his trying, maybe one day his things will really become a threat." "And when that time's come we are already old, Rouge" said the black hedgehog. "He is truly a loser, we watched him all the time before and every time he's pathetic inventions just telling me there's a loss waiting for him and that's why we left him, I don't want to stay with the loser." "So you stand at my side said that I'm a winner to you Shads?" "I'm didn't said that I just don't have anything to do and I want him to realize he is a loser but I don't think he get that even now." "Well since we don't have anything to do now I'm going to visit Cream, you wanna come Rouge?" The pink hedgehog asked. "Not this time Amy, I think I'll just going to rest so have fun darling." "I'm going home, since there is nothing to do I'm going to train myself" Amy and Knuckles left the house.

"Hm? Oh what a great timing... we got a mission again Rouge, guess you will have you beauty sleep later." Shadow said annoyed. "Seriously?! They always want us at the wrong time! *growls* Fine let's go. We'll see you later hons"

"Bye Rouge bye Shadow! So what do you wanna do now Sonic? Wanna eat something? I'll go make chili dogs if you want."

"Sure! There's always has space for it. Say Tails, how do you think about Eggman?" Sonic asked his buddy while sitting on the couch.

"What do you mean and why are you suddenly asked that kind of question? Tails hold two chili dogs walked to Sonic.

"Thanks buddy. Like why is he so stubborn to attacking us, even he knew that his chance are small." eating chili dogs after asked.

"I don't know either, maybe he has his destination? If I were him and got lose every time I will give up soon, but that's impossible because if I have to attack you I will come out with more better way to do this than him. Don't get me wrong it just for example." said nervous.

"If I were him huh... maybe I should..." mumbled that Tails can't heard him clearly.

"What did you said Sonic?"

"Nothing! I'm just talked to myself. Anyway how about we see a movie? It's always a good thing to chill and spend time with each other." Sonic suggested.

"Oh sure! I just have a great one on my brain." said excited.

"Cool! Then you can choose the movie this time."

"Thanks Sonic!" go and grabbed the movie.

One Year Later

"Sonic please help me! My pet is stuck on the tree!"

"Sonic my friends said I'm short! What do I do?"

"Sonic can you talk to the mayor that we really need to get a new place for mining."

"Sonic I-"

"ENOGUH!! I'm not your babysitter, your mom, your mailman or anything else! I accepted to help you is because I have nothing to do but now I'm really getting annoying with all your little, unnecessary problems!" shouted at the citizens then head back home.

Hearing the door slammed, "what's wrong Sonic, why are you so angry?"

"You know I was helping the people with their problems right? and now they start to got carried away! They asked my help for a very little thing, like I'm their maid or something! Since Eggman suddenly stop attacking us it's already been one year, and I'm go to help people for spend my time. But now I had enough! I don't even want to see them again because if I meet the people they will ask for my help again." He complained to his best friend.

"I believed it's not that bad but yeah it's really weird that Eggman haven't attacking us about one year, and no one have heard anything about him. That's not normal because Eggman always doing things that must make someone noticed." said confused.

"Hmm... Tails I'm gonna go to see what Eggman's doing, maybe he's planning something big and that need to spend him long time."

"Be careful. If there's anything wrong then call us, you know we can help you and we are a team." Tails said with concerned.

"Sure thing. Catch you later!" Dashed away after answered him.
