Chapter 4

Sonic's POV

I bring Tails back to Eggman base which now is my base, I put him on the couch and go get some stuff. I make the clothes that the same with mine but in the S size, since I'm wearing the M size and Tails' body are smaller than mine so he'll get S size. I don't want to change his gloves like mine because he great with white. After put clothes on him I set him lied down rest.

After a few minutes I heard something and I know it was Tails waking up, I made some chili dogs then walked to him.

"Hmm... where am I? Sonic? and why am I wearing clothes like this?"

"You like it? I made it myself and it just for you! Here I made you chili dogs."

"Thanks but where are we? This place look familiar but I can't remembered where."

"This was Eggman's base, but now is my base."

"What do you mean your base? What's happened to Eggman?"

"That why I bring you here, I will tell you the whole story and what I want to do and why do I need you."

I tell Tails the whole story about Eggman, when I about to tell what I want he speak up.

"Wait so Eggman is gone? Is he dead or just disappeared?"

"I don't know either I only know he isn't here anymore."

"I know he was an evil guy but what people did to him was too far, if I were him I've already gone crazy."

"Then why don't we?"

"Huh?"

"Of course I'm not mean to be crazy like him but we can still get revenge on those who done this to him, to us!"

"What do you mean us?"

"You never heard it because you're not the one who helped them. I sometimes rejected to offer the help because I don't think it a big deal, them after that they threw the same word about Eggman at me. That's why I got pissed of when I got home that day, then I came here and found that Eggman had been through all of this before. I suddenly felt the rage and started to plan the revenge, but if I want this plan going well I'll need your help."

"What? Just because they don't appreciated you then you want to attack the innocents? Sure they used many unproperly words but that not how this doing Sonic! You are a hero not a villain and you are going to do what villain do!"

"So you don't want to help me? I thought you're my best friend! I thought you said you will always help me!"

"Yes I said that but not like this! This is wrong! And I'm not doing that going to hurt people. And you shouldn't do this either!"

"I know you'll say that..."

"Then give up on th-!!"

I kissed Tails and it give him shock but I wasn't plan on only kiss him, I passed the pill in his mouth which was in mine. I noticed he gulped it without knowing then I broke the kiss and he was blushing.

"W-why are you kissed me and what are you just fed me?!" 

"You'll see."

"Huh-!! Ahhhh!!!"

I heard Tails shouting in pain and I already know that will coming. I walked to him and wrapped him to comfort him, he still shouting and I suddenly feel so guilty to force my buddy doing this but I have no choice. "I'm sorry Tails I hope you will understand." I hold him tight and I feel his tears reached my arm.

"SONIC..."

Tails' POV

I got surprised that Sonic suddenly kissed me, before I noticed it I already gulped something and I know it come from Sonic. We broke the kissed then I ask him "w-why are you kissed me and what are you just fed me?!"

"You'll see."

"Huh-!! Ahhhh!!!" Before I know my body begin to hurt a lot and make me cry out, my head hurt a lot and my body's burned up. I shouted out loud in pain then I feel Sonic hugging me.

"I'm sorry Tails I hope you will understand."

"SONIC..." I don't know what to say but just call his name, and my tears started to stream, I don't know it's because of the pain or what then my mind make up something, "I don't know why Sonic doing this but I want to help him no matter what." Then some my memories suddenly comes out.

"What a nerd!"

"Ew his tails are disgusting!"

"What are you going to do..."

"Crybaby"

...It's time for revenge

"I'm... not... a... CRYBABY!!!"

I shouted out loud with strong rage, but Sonic didn't leave me and still hugging me. After I calmed down Sonic off me and sitting next to me on the couch.

"Better?"

"Yeah... I think I know what you feel now, some people are really don't deserve the help. But I want to ask something, what was that?"

"You mean the pill? That was a kind of catalyst, it will make your rage toward someone getting stronger. I made it myself, nice job isn't it? but still I'm sorry make you through this, you're still my best friend but I have no choice. Please forgive me."

"It's cool now, sure you really did it without my permission but after that I think you're right. So you need my help with your plan right? What's your plan? Mind tell me the detail?"

"Of course! Come on!"

Shadow's POV

"Find anything that who's behind those robots?"

"No Rouge, even we checked the place again we didn't find anything useful."

"Maybe you should ask Tails about it, he stayed a little longer after we left and he looks like picked up something."

"What? but he never told us about it? how do you know?"

"Isn't it an agent need? A well perception, you weren't noticed it because you only focus on what you interested."

*growl*"Shut up Rouge. Fine I'll go ask him about it." 

I go to Tails and that blue hedgehog's house then knocked the door, "Hey yellow fox you home?" No one answered, that weird. I don't want to waste time so I opened the door and no one is home, oh right he said he have something to do at his workshop so maybe he's there.

I ran to Tails workshop to find him, "Tails you here?" He's no here either, but wasn't he said he have something to research? I walked in and look around then I found something familiar...

"A blue quill? Isn't this faker's quill?"
