2: Your new Job as his Personal Assistant

You entered in the factory, It was slightly chilly, but also slightly dark. You felt uneasy as you were walking around the building. At one point, you felt as if someone was staring at you, which creeped you out more. However you kept walking. "Hello?" You softly called out, feeling even more uncomfortable. You found your way to double doors. You pressed your ear against the door to try and see if you could hear anything.

You heard muffled sounds coming from the door, and as you reached to open it... "Hey!" Someone called out to you. You quickly turned to see the person run towards you. You panicked, they looked like they were about to attack you, so you ran off to the side to try and avoid them. "Stop right there!" They shouted at you. You couldn't see their face, so you ran toward the opposite corner of the room where you hit the wall. You fell and rubbed your head. "Ow..." you groaned as the stranger approached you.

You felt terrified, what were they gonna do to you? They grabbed your arm tightly and dragged you through the door you reached for. "Hey.. please let go..!" You spoke as you tried to pull your arm from their grip. They knocked on another door, and from the other side, you heard a voice. "Come in", said the man behind the door. The person who grabbed you pulled you into that room, And there at the desk, you saw none other than Wally Darling. "Who the fuck is this?" He spoke. "Sir, they are a trespasser.." the person who held your arm tightly said.

"I see." Wally replied as he stood up and walked over. "Why did you come here? Any soul who enters this place never leaves." He said coldly. "My name is y/n.. I saw you earlier this morning... and I wanted to meet you.." you said, as you felt a chill down your spine as he stared at you. "Hm.. I see. Well you met me-"
He started until he noticed you trying to reach for your bag.

"Can you let y/n's arm free? I want to see what they are reaching for." The guard let your arm go. "I- thank you." You spoke softly as you grabbed the apple from your bag. "Here..! It's a gift. Howdy also says Hello." You said as you held up the apple to Wally. The room was still, and quiet for a moment. You were starting to feel nervous again. Wally Finally Grabbed the Apple from your hands and placed it on his desk.

"So. That's why you trespassed.. To say 'Hello' and give me an apple?" He asked coldly, looking down at you. "Y-yes.. I'm sorry.. I was gonna say hello earlier but you left in such a hurry.." you shyly spoke. He stared at you once more, analyzing you. "Hm." He started "You are quite bright. But..." he held your hand and looked at it for a moment. You were extremely nervous, your heart was racing, you didn't know what he meant by calling you 'Bright'.

"I don't know enough to see if your spectra is pure enough... yet... Therefore," he said, letting go of your hand. "I am going to let you make a decision." He stated as he walked back to his desk. "You can leave..." he pointed at the person who brought you to him. "And as for you, y/n, why don't you take a seat?" He said as the guard left the room. You slowly walked towards his desk until he slightly raised his voice "I Don't Have All Day." You gulped and sat in the chair, opposite to his.

"So.." he said before sitting up to look at you. "I have a choice for you... you could either Live and work as my personal assistant..." he paused to look at you. "Or. You become the next batch of f/c.." you gulped. What did he mean by 'become the next batch of f/c' you thought to yourself. You looked down, as you weren't a fan of eye contact. "I suppose I could be your assistant..?" You said as you look back at him.

He smirked softly "Great." He said before getting up and walking to a locker. "You start today." He grabs a lab coat along with what seems to be a uniform and hands it to you. "Put this on, then you can start by refilling my coffee. No cream, No sugar. Got it?" He asked as you look at the clothes he handed you. "Yes, Wally." You replied as you put on your new uniform.

It was a little big on you, but you didn't care. You picked up his empty mug to go refill his coffee. "One more thing.." he called out as you were about to exit his office. "Grab the files from the lab downstairs and bring them to me. Okay?" He said as he was typing on his computer. "Sure Wally." You said as you left the office to complete your tasks he asked of you.
