You and Wally stayed up all night in the factory, you kept telling him to go to sleep, but he always replied with a 'No'. You sighed as you  drank some water. "Wally.. Have you ever loved anyone before me..?" You asked quietly. Wally immediately looked away to hide the pain he felt in his heart. "You don't have to tell me if it's too painful.." you spoke up before he put his hand up signaling to wait a moment.

You were patient as he collected himself. "I did.." he muttered sadly. "Back around the time the factory was built, I was married to whom I thought was the love of my life.." he started as he started to tear up slowly as he continued. "We adopted a child together.. And She helped me around the Factory, she was my assistant before you, Y/n.." he sniffled as he tried to keep his composure.

"One day... There was an... accident..." he muttered, you assumed that this accident was the reason he made sure if you felt faint to go into his office immediately. You gently caressed his shoulder as he started to cry harder. "Our child was walking with me on the catwalk, I heard a scream as I turned and saw them hold on for dear life onto the guardrails.." he took a deep breath. "I dropped my files and dashed to save them... As I was about to grab them to pull them up... They fell and died.." he started to sob harder.

You hugged him tightly as he held your hands. The room was silent and filled with sorrow, you  knew that you couldn't do much to help, so holding him tightly was all you did. "And after that... She divorced me.." he said as he leans into your embrace. "I'm so sorry to hear that... I had no Idea.." you spoke softly as you tried to calm him down. "It's not your fault.. I should have been quicker.. but I wasn't.." he sobbed as he looked at you.

"Do you want to cuddle..? I know it won't do much, but I want to be here for you.." you spoke as you stood up, immediately your legs start shaking, Wally stood with you and held onto you to make sure you didn't fall. "Yeah... I do want to.." he said as he adjusted the couch into a futon. He helped you sit down first, allowing you to get comfortable before laying beside you, facing your face.

"The reason I didn't go to your home sooner when I heard the girls Squeal was because... I don't think Julie would want to see me after these past two months.." Wally spoke as he played with your hair. "Julie was your wife..?!" You asked shocked. He chuckled and nodded as he kept playing with your hair. "Your colors haven't come back yet..." he spoke with a saddened expression. " How long does it usually take for spectra to bring color to things again..?" You asked.

"It usually takes about ten minutes... but it's been hours since I put spectra in you.. But then again, I used a small amount compared to what that... Asshole gave you.." he muttered angrily. You looked into his eyes. "Wally... I don't want you going insane by seeing me like this like you did the last two times you thought about it... You kinda scare me when you're like that." You spoke up as he sighed. "Darling, the longer you're gray, the longer I worry about you..." he said with a soft tone.

"You might hate me for this but... after I injected the first batch of spectra, I went and grabbed more while you were asleep.. If the small amount doesn't bring your color back.. then I won't hesitate to give you a dose of it daily." He said as you looked at him in panic. He pulled you closer to him and kissed your forehead, which made your heart race, and a tint of red showed, which made him stare.

"Oh my... Darling! I figured it out!!" He said excitedly as he hugged you tightly. "Your blood earlier was red, and now your cheeks are red! All I need to do is give you each color separately... and then the mix all together~!" He sang as his creepy color obsessed self came shining through. "Are you ready for orange~? Darling~.." he said as he pulled you closer to him with a syringe with an orange liquid inside. The glow of the spectra was bright as Wally held you tightly.

"Don't be scared~.. I am going to fix you up, my little patient~.." he said as he injected the color into your neck. You immediately felt tired and you fell asleep in his arms once again. You were dreaming of drowning in color, but this time, you were not alone, as Wally was there. You swam to him and pulled him into a warm embrace, which made you able to breathe and see the swirls of colors around the two of you. It was a beautiful sight, you looked up at him, as he looked down at you.

The dream ended when you woke up to him nudging you awake. "Y/n..! Wake up.. Your color is still gray, but it's coming back..!" He said happily. You looked at the clock, noticing that Wally should be at work. "Wally..? Why are you still with me? Shouldn't you be working..?" You asked him as he sat up.

"The lead scientist is coming in to give you spectra every time you wake up. You need six more doses before your color comes back completely. I will give you one of the six right now, but I wanted you to know the plan today In case you panic seeing a scientist instead of me.. Alright?" He asked gently as he gave you the next color, which was yellow. You nodded as he stood up. "Food is in the fridge, I suggest you eat something before you pass out again." He said as he left you alone.
