Years passed, and Naeresys was now halfway through her four and ten years. The young Princess was meant to get married three months ago, but Rhaenyra was still hurt by the punishment that Lucerys went through ( even though the young boy said that it was a great experience).

Alicent had returned at the same time that Naeresys was meant to get married. Otto was still in the Westerlands, trying to figure out what King's business he had been sent to do.

When Alicent heard that her father had been sent away, she was angry, but she did not voice her anger as much as she would've before the funeral. Viserys had sent letters to Rhaenyra asking her about the wedding, but, being as stubborn as she was, she didn't answer any of them. Naeresys couldn't send a letter directly to Jacaerys since Rhaenrya would get it.

"Father, why can't I?" The young girl asked. She wanted to fly to Dragonstone and have a talk with Rhaenrya. "Because she is still angry, let her calm down. We'll talk to her." Viserys said holding her hand. Naeresys left without saying another word.

She walked and walked until she reached Aemond's room. She and her twin hadn't talked in a while. He was still mad that she would leave him for his words- 'those nasty bastards.' Naeresys knocked and entered after not hearing anything. "Hello, brother." She said, walking up to the boy who had been reading.

"I didn't say come in." He said bitterly. "I don't care. You love me." Aemond ignored her and went back to reading. He couldn't understand how his sister wanted to marry that bastard and his family.

"Aemond, we haven't talked in weeks; this is stupid. You know why I chose to marry him." Aemond rolled his eye and kept ignoring her. Nearesys had enough.

She took the book and threw it across the room.

"Look at me! I am your sister, the only person always here for you. You can not ignore me." She said desperately. Naeresys and Aemond had never gone more than two days without talking.

"You are leaving me! Do you understand what that means? How will you be the person who is always there for me when you are leaving!?" Aemond yelled. He thought that Naeresys couldn't see that she was hurting him.

"I've prevented years of pain and suffering and wanting revenge from both houses when I sent Lucerys to the North, Mother to Oldtown and Grandfather to the Westerlands. You got a dragon, and Lucerys spent three months working like a commoner. Mother was punished for harming me and the Heir to the Throne.

Everyone is somewhat happy except for me. My happiness will come from marrying him. He will make me happy; I know it. I enjoy his company, I want our talks and laughs, and yes, our marriage may finally give grandfather a rest about one of us being on the Iron Throne, but I am doing this for me.

I will visit and i do plan to see you, Aegon, and Helaena as much as possible. So please, I beg, stop being a brat and talk to me." Naeresys told him, she was tired, and frustrated, and wanted the comfort of her twin.
