E L S A
I stood near the end of the mountain cliffs staring out into the distance.
Tomorrows the fight. With Snotlout. And I can't help but feel scared.
Snotlout wants Hiccup dead and I know Hiccup's weak, and won't be able to fight much.
I can't lose Hiccup. I need him more then anything.
I fell in love with him the day I met him. I didn't know it, until he revealed his secret
Now, I don't want to leave him.
Then Karli came along, I can't lose her either. If I lose Hiccup, Karli will be the only one left.
She's half of Hiccup. If anything, She's more of Hiccup then she is me.
She inherited Hiccup's wolf Like abilities, and well-- his stubborn personality.
Then again, Karli has inherited both of our Looks, having the facial features of me-- like the Blonde hair, that reaches her waste, with her eyes being forest green, just like her Father's. The ones I fell in love with 7 years ago. She also has her father's crooked smile.
Karli is practically Hiccup. She's the female version of him.
Karli's the only thing of Hiccup I have. I can't lose both of them.
I look up again, to the moon. If Snotlout really gets away with killing Hiccup, I don't know what I'd do.
"Whatcha thinking about?"
I turn to see Hiccup standing there.
"Why don't you just read my mind?" I ask.
"I can't read yours, remember?" He told me, walking to my side.
"Oh yeah."
"So.." He started. "What's on your mind?"
"Everything." I say.
"Hmm. Well that's hard to talk about." He said. "Whats the most recent thing in your mind?" He asked.
I sigh. "Tomorrow."
"What about Tomorrow?"
"Snotlout wants you dead--" I start. "And if he does kill you--"
"Elsa-- is that what your worried about?" He asked.
"I'm afraid that he's going to kill you." I say.
He looked at me. "I'll always be here, Elsa." He said. "I promise you that."
I look at him. "But what if he does kill you?" I ask.
He doesn't answer me. I then hug him tightly, feeling tears stream down my face.
"I can't lose you, Hiccup. I can't!" I cry.
He wrapped his arms around me gently. "You won't. I promise Elsa. Snotlout won't kill me."
I didn't let go of him. I didn't want to, for fear I'd lose him tomorrow.
"Everything will be okay." He whispered, kissing the top of my head.
I couldn't help but cry more when he said that.
"Shh, Elsa. It's okay."
"I-- can't lose you Hiccup-- I just can't."
"You won't." He told me.
"I'll always be here."
"But--"
"Shh,"
We fell silent. All that was heard was my faint crying.
I look up slowly, looking at him.
Hiccup looked up, then out the distance. He finally looked up to the moon.
He looked worried.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"Nothing," he said. "Nothing at all."
I couldn't tell if he were lying or not, but I don't think it mattered.
His gaze remained in the sky. As if something were getting his attention. Trying to tell him something.
"Hiccup?"
He then shook his head, snapping back to reality, looking down to me.
"What?"
"Is everything okay?" I ask.
He nodded slowly. "Yes, Elsa. Everything is fine," he said to me.
With a quick glance up to the sky again, he looked down to me, kissing the top of my head again.
"I love you more then Anything, Elsa." He told me softly. "You know that, Right?"
I hug him, staying in his embrace.
"I know." I whisper. "I love you too."
