Marcia's POV
John and I were driving home. I was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open, though, John kept me up with a conversation.
"Are you alright?" He asked, a hint of concern in his voice
"Me? Dandy" I sighed
"You've been doing a lot today"
"I know, I almost fainted three times, the last time was because of my hand" I said, glancing back to my hand
"We'll just think, now you get to go home and relax" John shrugged
"Not with this baby" I looked at my stomach, then back up to John who had shifted his gaze from driving
"It'll be out soon, and then we'll have a little one of our own" John smiled looking back to the road
"I'm so bloody tired" I moaned
"I know babe, we're almost home" John took my hand in his as we drove into the neighbourhood
"Oh darling" I sighed, John started humming and I rested my head back, I couldn't wait to fall asleep.
