Just before I start I wanna say I appreciate everyone for the support and sweet comments, I try my best to interact with all of them
Everyone boarded the mini pod and lifted off within moments. Unfortunately for you, your seat was placed between a glaring Raphael and an overzealous Michelangelo, who found great pleasure in pressing all the buttons on his control module. "Activating cloak!" Donatello announced while turning the cloak's dial to max, Raphael grumbling about how 'it better work this time'. You busied yourself with checking stats and whatnot while April repeated her shaken theory about pure evil radiating from the planet. "Evil you say?" echoed Fugitoid, "Nonsense! This is Xaava-Dal. The oldest, most beautiful paradise planet in the universe. It is gorgeous down there."
It was in fact not gorgeous like the Professor had said. The gummy, rouge colored trees obscured any chance of a view beyond the forest. The ground was barren of any kind of plant life and any that there were looked like a four year old scribbled on a sheet of paper. Instead of a lovely blue, the sky was a menacing crimson. Screeching and chittering sounded from the trees everywhere, who knows what could be making that noise. "Ah, Fugidude" Casey stomped his foot in anger, no one else uttering a word. "Well, I am, you know, occasionally wrong.." Fugitoid defended with a light chuckled. Your mind, derailed by shock, quickly focused back on the task at hand. "Gorgeous or not, there's still a black hole piece to look for." you reminded before beginning your search. Your head was starting to ache, your mood quickly dropping further down than it was. You didn't consider yourself a sour person but right now you felt like you'd written a book with no sleep in between chapters. Everyone followed your lead, adventuring into the thicker forest ahead of you. It was clear that everyone was nervous about the unknown terrain. Michelangelo came to your side to take hold of your hand while you walked. This was fairly common, he liked to seek you out for comfort when you went places that made him nervous, you were local after all. "Woah, this place is like--" Casey paused, searching for the right word to describe where you had landed, April helped him out "Pure evil, maybe? Like I sorta warned about earlier? Yeah, no one listens to the psychic." She was obviously upset, but couldn't she had let up a little? It's obvious she was right.
"All the flora and fauna here are very strange, I don't understand these readings at all." Donatello pondered while Mikey guided you hand in hand down the path you were taking. You'd been looking around to watch for danger before Mikey cooed and let go of your hand, "Awe! Little space monkey, cat-rat thing." You turned your attention to the creature in front of you, Mikey had described it perfectly if you were being honest. The little creature chittered and tilted its head around, "Aren't you, uh, cute--" his gushing was promptly cut off as the little creature latched its jaws around Mikey's finger when he attempted to pet it. He screamed and flailed around while Raphael stood and watched with his arms crossed. Albeit a bit annoyed, you decided to lend a hand. You grabbed his arm and popped the creature off his finger, tossing it a safe distance away, for both of them. The little thing just hissed before scurrying into the brush. "Nice job, genius, now you probably have space rabies." Raph rolled his eyes before brushing past you and Mikey. This seemed to frighten Mikey, as he muttered what his brother had said and ran away screaming. 'You're welcome..' you sarcastically replied in your mind. Since Mikey was no longer at your side you walked alone in the rear, not that you minded, someone needed to keep watch on your 6 plus you preferred solitude anyways. You could hear the Professor theorized about the Aeons fleeing the world, taking their divine power with them.
Nighttime rolled around, you were surprised to see a moon honestly, but still no sign of the piece. By now, irritation was about your only emotion with the constant bickering. Donatello scowled and shook his monitor around, "Man, this energy is really screwing up my readings--" Casey rammed his way past Donatello, "So fix it, genius. I thought you were supposed to be the smart one." Donnie glowered after Casey, "Thats right, I am. While clearly makes you the stupid one!" Mikey laughed, "Ha! That definitely makes Raph the angry one." His brother rebuttled, "Im clearly the handsome one. Here, check it out, I got something for you." Raph held his fist out for his brother who giddily laughed and fist bumped his brother, but a second before he made contact Raph's fist swung around and bonked Mikey on his helmet. "Ha! You're the gullible one." Raph chuckled, which Mikey did not like one bit.
