HI! im actually rly excited for this chapter, im sorry I was gone agaainnnn
"Finally, a little action! Check out all the ships!" Raph cheers as the Ulixes sailed passed ship after ship. "Dudes, Zayphod's Cantina is bumping'! I bet their food is.." Mikey dramatically paused and whipped his head to face everyone with a smirk "out of this world." You chuckled at the incredibly bad joke while everyone else groaned, "That joke is older than the rings of Morvuz-09." Fugitoid pointed out. Leo stepped in to break the silence, "So, why are we going here again?" Fugitoid explained that theyre meeting someone named 'Vrax Belebome' to acquire a blueprint of the Triceraton mothership, Raph chasing Mikey all the while. "So where do we find this guy?" Casey asked, clearly ready for action but you interrupted, "In a place where Terrans aren't welcome. April and Casey, you're staying behind with Fugitoid." Neither seemed to be pleased with this, both protesting for a short while before reluctantly agreeing.
Zayphod's Cantina was an extremely popular place, aliens of all species bustled about, some on dates, some just there to drink, some even gambling. Electronic music played as you stepped in, though everyone briefly stopped to stare at the four mutant brothers. Raph sighed, "For once, a place we can sit down, blend in, and eat a meal!" "Don't get too comfortable, Raph." Leo reminded his brother though you could hear a bit of longing in his voice too. "Yeah listen guys, don't make eye, hand, or tentacle contact with anyone or anything. These are outlaws, got it?" you informed the brothers before searching for Belebome and trying to keep a low profile, you couldn't risk anyone recognizing your face.
You'd been looking for not even a minute when you hear a commotion slightly louder than the club you were in. Looking that direction, you saw your orange companion being held at gunpoint by none other than the guy you were here to deal with. Leo was trying to calm the situation when you got over there, "Sorry sir, our friend here is.. odd." Belebome didn't seem to buy it and looked ready to pull the trigger. "Enough, Vrax" you stepped in between the guys and the laser, pushing it out of your face. You saw him relax and he put his gun away, "Oh its you, where's Honeycutt? And what's with the sorry looking bunch?" he sat down at a booth, inviting you to do the same. "Professor Honeycutt isn't here today, you're dealing with me." You kept a stone cold poker face while laying the case of units on the table. "Ha, still keeping up that cool façade, huh? Now we both know that ain't true--" "We don't have time for this, Vrax. We upheld our end of the bargain, now uphold yours." you interrupted him which he very much did not seem to like. "Or what, Warrior? You gonna kill me?" That old nickname left you short of breath for a second, it's been years since anyone's called you that. You changed the subject, "Do you have the plans or not?" you prodded further before letting him take the case, "Of course! I'm no rookie, Warrior. You ought to be knowing that." You grumbled at the name again before sliding him the white metal case. He opened it and looked inside before looking back up at you over the open lid, "This'll do for a downpayment, another 50,000 and y'all got yourselves a deal." he smirked while closing the case. "That's not what we agreed on. Give us the mothership blueprints now." you stood up and leaned closer to him menacingly. "See ya when ya get the other 50, losers!" You don't really remember what happened but next thing you knew you were being shaken by Leo."(y/n)! Wake up!"
You groaned and sat up, Leo helping you forward with a hand on your back. You felt like you got dragged through another time warp. "Are you gonna be alright?" Leo worried while he helped you stand, "I'll be fine, where's Vrax?" Leo looked to your left where Vrax lay on the group with the others standing over him. You walked over, kicking a cup that was right in front of his eye and planting your feet in front of him, arms crossed. "Deal's off, Vrax. I don't work with scum." you crouched down and grabbed the white case from his hand, leaving the place an overturned mess.
