Time has passed since that night, and luckily for Delia, Dave and everyone, it has been heart-wrenching! Delia was pregnant and Dave agreed to become a father to their child. Overjoyed, Delia and Dave thanked Arceus from the bottom of their hearts and as nine months past the pair waited patiently as the baby grew within Delia’s womb.
After a few months Delia gave birth to a beautiful boy with tanned skin like ashes, brown eyes and black hair.
The parents decided to name him Ash, and when Delia returned to his travels, Jesse and James would take care of Ash in her absence resulting in cute and funny moments like the times the little guy plucked Meowth's whiskers before letting out a cute giggle. And Dave also stayed with his son. A happy and welcoming family with a special son, everything seemed to be fine, this happiness would not last for long.
One night Dave was in the forest when suddenly strange noises echoed throughout the forest with many Pokémon running in fear as if something or someone was there.  However, the silence was once again broken when the creature revealed itself to the man, it was not a Pokémon but a fierce red-furred tigress with a brooch on her forehead intertwined with a jade crystal and a menacing look.

"Who are you?"

"Greetings mere human, I see that you have a lot of courage to face me."

"For the sake of my family, I will not hesitate to fight monsters like you!"

"Nice words but you wouldn't be able to face Queen Beryl, or better said...ME! I came here for your powers. It's a shame your beloved wife doesn't know your secret"

"I will never give my powers to you Beryl! Aurabenders have always used it for good and to improve the world but don't threaten the innocents."

"That's what we'll see!"

Then the tigress jumped at Dave, who quickly tripped her down while using aura whips to strike Beryl. The red monster got up easily despite the blow to the stomach.

"You're good at battling but not for long!"

Before Dave could react, Beryl jumped at him and with her claws she ended up killing him before giving a satisfied smile and disappearing into the shadows. And when Delia returned, it was already too late. Her kind and loyal husband was now dead, and accepting the reality Delia promised herself that now she would always keep Ash safe so that nothing bad would happen to them from that moment on.
In the lair, the red sorceress smiled with satisfaction at the atrocity she had committed by killing a family man who in reality was never an ordinary man, and now she planned to do something even worse inside the jungle, and this story is just beginning.
