The guardians have been looking high and low for Abagail, but after five hours they started to lose hope. They had scoped the whole islade with no luck. North checked the nearby towns, Sandy checked the north and east part of the forest, Tooth the south and west, Bunny around the beaches, and Jack flew above the island to see if anyone caught his eye. Of course they found no trace of her.
They were all supposed to head back to the sleigh after they had checked their spots, but after flying around for five hours Jack was tired. He landed in a very small clearing surrounded by trees. Jack propped himself up against a tree and closed his eyes, when something caught his eye. He went to go see what it was and found out it was two old mossy fox statues. Right in the middle of these statues was an old tree. "That seems a little odd," Jack stated. He went to touch the trunk of the tree, but when he did his hand went right through. "WHAT THE!" Jack exclaimed. He stuck his staff in it and the same thing happened again! "Wait a minute, the statues and this traverse tree?!" Jack paused, then the lightbulb went off. He shot a bolt of ice into the sky and right when it got to its highest point it exploded like fire works.
In two minutes all the guardians were with Jack. "So did you fined anything frosty?" Bunny asked. "No I just wanted you to come and stand here all night, of course I found something, kangaroo!" Jack's voice full of sarcasm. "Never mind that what did you find Jack?" North questioned. "I think I just found out where Abagail is hiding," Jack said in return. "Then by all means show us, I can't wait to see her teeth! Do you think they are white?" Tooth practically doing Summersault's in mid air.
Jack walked over to the tree and pointed, "Right through there." They all looked at him with concerned faces and North asked Jack, "Are you feeling alright Jack? Did you hit your head or something?" Jack had a look of pure frustration and then walked over to the tree and stuck his staff through it. They all were confused, until Jack said, "So whose going first?"
Once again they all looked at each other for comfort, but this time they found none. "So no volunteers?" Jack said with a smirk. "Well you were the one to find it how's about you go first, mate" bunny suggested. Jack looked hurt, but he was
only faking. He turned to Bunny and said, "And here I thought you were suppose to be this big strong bunny, but now I see you're just a little chicken." Jack started making clucks until bunny couldn't take it anymore. The others tried to hold him back but bunny was too angry. "How about you come here and say that again mate," bunny screamed. Jack walked up to him and repeated, "You're not a bunny, you're just a chicken." Bunny snapped and lunged at Jack, but Jack just jumped up into the tree at the last moment sending bunny through the tree trunk.
