Chapter 3: A New Threat

1,978 years later at the North Pole

It was fall so North and the yetis weren't working too hard. North was in his office working on some new ice sculptures designs for the toys, and the yetis, well they were supposed to be working, but they were actually on one of the lower levels playing hockey.

When suddenly there was a crash in the glob room. North jumped out of his desk, grabbed his swards and went to go check it out. The yetis heard it too, and were already in the room. It was chaos, everywhere patches of ice and flowers.

When finally out comes Bunnymund and Jack Frost fighting about the usual stuff, and also something in particular. "What is going on 'er? I don't come and make a mess in your homes?" North says with a strong Russian accent. The boys hop/fly over to North. "Something's going on mate," Bunny says. "Yah, what the kangaroo said," Jack added. "Will you stop that mate, I am a bunny!" bunny yells. "So anyway..." He was stopped when a giant fairy and little ones fly into the room. "North there is trouble," the tooth fairy says. "What is it Tooth?" North replies. "It's bad very very bad." is what tooth says in return. Just then the sandman floats in.

Everyone is bickering, and North was getting a tad bit annoyed. "Will someone please tell me what's going on!" His voice boomed. They all stopped and took a breath. "Ok like I was going to say until some fosty winter spirit interrupted..." bunny stops to glare at Jack, "was that when I went to go check up on the children, everywhere I checked everything and everyone was sick!" "That's what happened to my fairies when they went out," tooth said in a nervous voice. "Same here," Jack added. They looked at Sandy and he made an image over his head that looked like a sick child.

North looked worried about this matter, and went over to the glob. The lights were flickering, and that's never good. "Something's up," he says. Just then Manny drifts into view. "Oh old friend, what's going on? We haven't seen anyone trying to hurt the children. What is with everyone getting sick?"

They all waited for a explanation, when Manny finally spoke to them. "Guardians, it has been ten Years since Pitch attacked. And this time I fear it will be worst, because he has found an ally. This spirit is very dangerous and unfortunately I don't know much about him. All I can do to help you is show you how he looks."

A picture appears on the ground, it was a person in a black suit with a green tie. His hair was black as night and brushed acrossed his right side of his head. But what really stood out was his eyes, they were at less 30 shads of green.

The gaurdians stood there puzzled. They had no idea who he was. "Manny who is that?" North questioned. The Man in the Moon said nothing for he also did not know, all he knew was what he looked like and one other little detail. "I do not know exactly who he is but I do know one person who can help you."

As soon as he says this a giant blue crystal rises up from the floor. "A new guardian already?" Tooth asks. The light hits the crystal and a distorted figure is shown. It takes a while for it to adjust but finally they were able to see the figure clearly, unfortunately none of them have seen this person either.

She looked like a young girl around 17 years old. She had a red tank top on with a white skirt, her socks went up passed her knees, and there was a clear fabric around her torso, waist, and arms. Her hair was bright red as well as her eyes. In her hair there was a Ying Yang pendant, and she looked like she had a dagger on her side. But what was truly interesting to the guardians was the fact that she had a fox ears and a tail.

"Manny, who is this mate?" Bunny says pointing to the girl in the crystal. "Her name is Abagail Vixen, she is the spirit of joy. She knows all about this new threat, and she can be a big help. Unfortunately she is also very hard to locate even for me, so I would like to tell you one thing about her to, make her easier to find." Manny explains. "So what is it?" Jack asked. "Well Jack, Abagail here can shape shift, but her most known form is an albino fox," Manny answers.

MEANWHILE AT PITCH'S LAIR

"So do we have a deal?" a dark figure with golden eyes says. "If you help me take her out, than yes I believe we do," a man with a black suit and green tie said. "Then its settled we can leave right now."...
