Chapter 10: The Evil Inside

"Hey Pitch what are you doing!?"

"Shut up, and hold her down! I don't want any mistakes."

"Yah, yah, yah... Just don't boss me around."

"I am the one holding all the cards here. So I suggest you shut your trap and DO AS I SAY!"

Grim grabbed hold of Abagail's arms and legs, well Pitch watched.

"Ok? So now what?"

"Sit there and watch the magic happen."

Pitch then jabbed a needle filled with nightmare sand into Abagail, and the two spirits watched as she kicked and thrashed. Finally she started to settle, and as she did a transformation took place. The once happy and bright Kitsune, with the vibrant red locks and colorful clothes; was now dark and gloomy. She had raven black hair and dark clothes.

She started to stir. As she did, she opened her eyes, but they were not the happy go lucky eyes that burned with such joy and laughter, no they were now dark and cold. It was as if they were untouched by the light, as if the were just hollow and dead.

"It worked, my plan worked! Now with Abby's help I will get rid of the guardians for good!..."

"...Oh that reminds me, Grim! Go stand guard. You are not needed any more."

Jack's POV

I can't believe it! I just can't believe it! I was right on her tail, and then she just raced off. She looked so sad too. What could have happened?

Right now I was following the faint trail that she left, which brought me to a small clearing that was up against a cliff. I looked around to see if there were any clues to where she could have gone. That's when I saw it. Blood! And...BLACK SAND!

"PITCH!!!"

I sent a blast of ice into the sky, which exploded when it got to its highest point. Making a beckon for the other Guardians.

(---Time skip to when all the Guardians arrive---)

"Jack! What did you find?" North asked me.

"Its Pitch! He's behind all this! And he took Abby!"

"What?! Did you see this!? Where is she FROST?!"

"Wow... Hold on to your tail Bunny."

I paused just to take in how worried Bunny sounded. Just by the way he's acting, I can tell he likes her. I would love to tease him about this, but with all that is going on it would be best if I didn't. Wow... Can't believe I just thought that!
