"Marley, I know we just met and all so I guess that means I'm supposed to be pleasant, but if you don't get your ass up off my couch in the next two minutes I swear to God I'll pour acid on your face." Matt says, shaking me awake.

"Hmmm?" I mumble, rolling over on my back.

"Please get up," Matt whines.

"What's going on?" I mutter. "What time is it? Where's Kimber?"

"It's four in the morning and my parents are coming home at five I need you out of here," He tells me. My brain instantly becomes more attentive as I try to figure out what time my mom said she was going to be home. Four in the morning? Holy shit.

"Where did you say Kimber was?" I ask, sitting up.

Matt smirks. "She's a little preoccupied."

"With what?" I scoff, pushing him out of the way so I can stand up.

"Me."

Matt's grin is so wide I'm actually concerned for the well-being of his face. "Well not anymore." I cringe. A part of me stings. Did Jack ever talk about me like that? Not that we ever did anything further than second base, but still.

"What do you mean not anymore?" Matt frowns. I almost sigh in relief.

"She's coming home with me."

"I'm pretty sure she's not into you like that..." Matt says, raising a brow.

"You know what I meant, dumbass."

"She's mine for the rest of the night, sorry pal."

"Your parents are going to be home soon, she's mine." I remind him. "Besides, I don't know my way home from here."

"You're joking, right?"

I roll my eyes and cross my arms across my chest. "Kimber!" I shout. Matt's eyes go wide and he shushes me. "Kimber!" I repeat.

"Aw, c'mon, Mar! Have a heart," Matt begs. "I've been waiting all week to get her in my bed for something other than a stupid Netflix marathon!"

"You can have her tomorrow," I say. Matt shakes his head. "Kimber!" I yell.

"What the fuck is going on down here!?" Kimber growls, stomping down the steps with just covers wrapped around her body. Strands of black hair fall into her eyes, causing her to stumble.

"Just go back to bed, baby, I'll be right up." Matt soothes.

Kimber scrunches her face. "Ew, don't call me baby ever again."

"You seemed to like it a couple minutes ago." Matt argues. Kimber's face flushes.

"Kim, we gotta go," I say, ignoring all the tension in the room. She looks at me then whispers a string of curses.

"Right!" She says, turning back around. "I'll be right back!" I watch as she tumbles up the stairs, trying to hold onto the blanket as tight as she can.

"Thanks for that." Matt grumbles.

"Whatever." I sigh, shrugging my shoulders. "I need to get out of here before my mom comes home, if she's not home yet already."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Matt says, making his way up the stairs I just watched Kimber crawl up.

Sammy's POV

"Well alright." I mutter to myself, putting the car in park. I stare at the apartment building that's straight ahead. I know for sure this is the place. Twelve hours later...

"Sammy," Jack feverishly whispers, sitting up in his seat. He looks panicked.

"It's good to see you were just sleeping and not dead." I joke, trying to ease his nerves.

"I have to pee," He breathes. I look down at his hand to see him squeezing his crotch. I cringe, I know how that feels.

"Okay, okay, there's a bush right there, just go!" I urge him, pushing open his car door. He looks around, quickly assessing where we are. "It's four in the morning! No one's outside! Hurry, just go before you pee in here!"

"Fine!" He shouts, falling over the open door, racing over to the bush. I take a deep breath and shake my head, looking down at my hands. That's what he gets for not peeing when we got to the gas station. I can't believe he even lasted this long.

"Jack!" I whisper shout, turning back to look at him and the bush where he was currently emptying out his bladder. He doesn't look up at me, probably because he's too focused on not having to pee anymore. "Jack!" I repeat. After a few seconds I watch him pull up his zipper, a huge smile on his face. Quickly, he races back over to the car.

"Oh do I love you so much right now for stopping." Jack sighs, falling back into the passenger seat. "Okay, how much longer?" He asks, sliding on his seatbelt.

I furrow my eyebrows then realize that he doesn't know we are here. He doesn't know that we are parked right in front of where Marley is now living. I start to feel bad. He doesn't know that he peed in Marley's bush. I mentally curse myself for using that analogy but then quickly get over it when I hear Jack gasp.

"What the fuck," He says, grasping tighter onto his seatbelt.

"What?"

"Marley," He says, pointing in front of us. I look up and see just that, Marley standing next to a tall black haired girl. They're walking towards the apartment building. Which Jack and I are currently parked in front of.

"We're here," I tell him, with a nervous smile. He glares at me.

"No shit."
