"Are we done in staring at my girlfriend?"

Becky says furiously to everyone.

She is sending deathly glares from Mind, to Chris, Mark, Charlotte, even to Rachel who looks proud. And to David, who is composed yet flustered.

Engfa is receiving the special deathly glare.

The glare where Becky is gnashing her teeth.

Combined with twitching eyes. She hates Engfa the most because she knows that whatever Freen is wearing came from her, technically, from Charlotte. But Engfa gave it to Freen.

Freen needs to bite her inner cheeks to not smile.

The possessive Becky is her favorite Becky so far.

And, the insensitive and ignorant Becky is her least favorite.

But of course, she accepts Becky no matter what.

"Uhm... Yeah, I think, we should pick teams now," David steps up, being the least focused on Freen's body and Becky's action.

"Sounds good, everyone partner up, and the leaders should start to choose their team," says Rachel.

"There are nine of us though," says Chris like it is the biggest problem on Earth.

Since Chris point it out, Becky smiles.

She has the best idea on how she can have Freen dress up again.

"Freen is not playing,"

"Mom is not playing,"

Becky and Charlotte announce in unison.

"What?"

Freen and Becky shout in unison.

Freen's what is referring to Becky's remark prohibiting her to play.

On the other hand, Becky's query refers to Charlotte announcing that Rachel is not playing.

She knows pool volleyball is Rachel's jam.

"Becbec, your sister is right, I am not playing, got a knee surgery last month, still recuperating, It was just overwork,"

"What? You had a knee surgery, what happened? Why did you not tell me about this?"

Asks Becky in concern.

"Oh, sorry, maybe you did not ask about it," Charlotte mocks her sister.

She reasons out the way Becky did when she was asked about not telling Freen about - a lot of things.

Burn!

Charlotte just burnt her sister.

Engfa controls herself not to laugh about this.

Rachel bites her lips inwardly, she must admit that was a good one.

Freen smiles a bit.

"Char."

David reprimands his eldest daughter.

She caught a glimpse of the smiling Freen.

It is an instinct of a father to warn the person with narrowed eyes who is mocking their children, so David did that to Freen.

Freen's smile fades.

To avoid David's stare.

Freen hid her face on Becky's neck by nuzzling.

Becky stiffens.

And she holds on Freen's hands tighter. Intertwining their fingers.

She gulps.
