[Setting: The grand courtyard of Uruk. Ishtar is passionately declaring her affection for Gilgamesh, while Gilgamesh stands uninterested. Ink appears, oblivious to the seriousness of the situation.]
Ishtar: Oh, Gilgamesh, my heart burns with love for you! I offer you my adoration and devotion. Let us be together and rule over this land!
Gilgamesh: Ishtar, your persistent advances are becoming tiresome. I have no interest in indulging your infatuation.
Ink: (interrupting) Hey, hey, what's all this lovey-dovey stuff going on here? Ishtar, you really know how to lay it on thick, huh?
Ishtar: (annoyed) Ink, this is not the time for your foolish interruptions. My feelings for Gilgamesh are genuine, and I demand his reciprocation!
Gilgamesh: Painter, can you not see that this is a serious matter? Ishtar's affections have become a burden upon me.
Ink: (scratching his head) Oh, right, right. Serious stuff. Love and all that. I mean, who needs it, am I right? You know what they say, "Love is like a box of chocolates... Wait, what was I saying again?"
Ishtar: (frustrated) Ink, you are impossible! Can't you see the depth of my emotions?
Ink: (confused) Emotions? Oh, yeah, those things. They can be so... uh... what's the word? Slippery? Elusive? Oh, forget it. I think I left my toaster on at home. Gotta go!
Gilgamesh: (confused) What even is a "toaster"?
